Cover them with honey and then mix in the cloves and cinnamon
Stir well and let steep for 48 hours before using

The First E.R.U. Charity Ball!
On the night of October 1st, we here at the Emergency Response Unit hosted a private charity event, inviting many of our close allies, dear friends, and respected associates to attend a ball in an effort to raise enough money to recover the medical supplies we lost in the recent attack as well as rebuild our recently destroyed warehouse.
It is with great pleasure that we say the ball was a resounding success! A few contests were held earlier in the evening for minor prizes in gold, while donations of blood, gold, and medical supplies came pouring in! Our very own Father Galaro Hopetouch did amazingly at holding down the banquet and ensuring the drink flowed, meanwhile our Rumford kept track of all the generous contributions made through the night! Of course, special mention to the eveningâs host, Miss Leah Hammond, who kept the evening going smoothly and the events in control!
Our charity auction, however, was the highlight of the event, and managed to make the most gold for the ERU. With prizes aquired from various places in Azeroth by those among the unit, the treasures for sale were certainly sought after! After the selling of a wine & cheese basket as well as one of medical supplies, the auction really kicked off, special mention going to a rare Shalâdorei necklace, sold for 150,000 Gold! Though the highlight of the auction was the pain-stakingly aquired Sha-in-a-Jar, which sold for⌠20,000,000 Gold pieces!
In the end, we made more than enough money to replace what we lost, and had a wonderful time with our friends and allies at this elegant occasion! Weâd like to extend thanks to the Dragontooth League, the City Watch, Wrynnâs Wolves, the Allied Detective Agency, the staff of the Royal Courier, and of course the many others who made the occasion such a rousing success! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!
A Heart Felt Thank You!
On behalf of House Reinhardt, and the Reinhardt Relief Foundation, we would like to extend our gratitude for those that helped make this event memorable. We were able to feed many this night, and through the help of selfless individuals, we were able to successfully accomplish our goals. We look forward to holding more of these events in the future.  May the Light bless you all, and thank you!Â
Sincerely, House Reinhardt & The Reinhardt Relief Foundation

Helping Hands
The Adventures of Tilly and Scooter.
Some people collected pens, some collected trinkets, however Emmy had a thing for aprons. Each one wasnât simply fabric with tethers, it was a call to arms. Every apron had a specific use, a certain kind of baking, or sweet treat she associated with it. To walk in and see her apron was all any friend needed to know about what confection she was to make; that clue along with the aromas permeating the home was proof enough. Today, Emmy had invited a very important guest to help her bake for the Soup Kitchen. After the horrible evening in the clinic she needed to reflect, and what better way to do that, then bake? She needed a purpose, and it was found quickly when she heard a knock upon her apartment door.
âHi Miss Emmy! Me and Scooter are here to help you bake for the Soup Kitchen!â The childâs sweet voice rang out bringing a smile to her face.
âWell, where are the others, Miss Tilly, and hello Scooter?â Emmy asked looking down at her, then around the corner.
âThey are picking out books and getting ready for the soup tonight, they want to read stories to the people while they eat!â Tilly turned around waving to the headmistress. "See you soon, Miss Emmy is ready for me and Scooter, right Miss Emmy?â Tilly looked up at her with shining eyes and a smile that lit up the room.
Emmy laughed shaking her head. "I sure am, and you are just in time, come letâs pick out an apron for you and Scooter.â Waving to the other woman, Emmy called out. âI will see you in a few hours, thank you for bringing Tilly, Iâm sure sheâll be a great help!â
âYou really think so, Miss Emmy?â
"Of course I do you are my apprentice after all!â Emmy took her hand and escorted her in. âCome on, letâs go to the kitchen and pick out those aprons, it will be your special apron when baking treats with me.â
Tilly giggled and dragged her stuffed bunny, Scooter along. âDo you hear that Scooter? We have our very own aprons!â
Not wasting any time,Tilly pounced her way through the small kitchen and picked out her very own apron. It wasnât long before she had flour on her cheek and socks. Even though she was only six, she moved about the kitchen with a faux-adult air, masking where she was unsure by calling Emmy, her "assistantâ to do something for her. By all accounts she was simply adorable.
âScooter, you put all the ingredients in the bowlâŚlike this! Oh..oh! Good job, I will give you an extra cookie!â She clapped and praised him. Her face was happy but serious, when it came to getting her brownies right it was no laughing matter.

Spiced Rosemary Sea Salt Brownies (Dairy Free)
Serves 8 or one passionate person with a deep love for chocolate Print recipe here
Note: these brownies donât come out super thick because theyâre pretty rich so donât panic if it looks like itâs a small batch.
Ingredients:
- 10 tablespoons virgin coconut oil - 3/4 cup sugar - 2 tablespoons maple syrup - 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (dutch processed or raw) - 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary - 2 pinches of cayenne pepper (1 pinch of this is your first time trying spicy brownies!) - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract - 2 cold large eggs - 1/2 cup all purpose flour - Sea Salt flakes to top (maldon salt is perfect for this recipe) - 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven at 325F. Grease an 8inch brownie pan and line the bottom with parchment paper. Dust 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder on the pan making sure to coat all sides.
2. Combine the coconut oil, sugar, maple syrup, cocoa powder, rosemary, cayenne, and salt in a bowl and fit it on top of a pot with simmering water (water shouldnât touch the bowl). Let the steam warm the bowl (double boiler style) and stir until the coconut oil melts and the mix is smooth, make sure the sugar dissolves well. About 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and set aside.
3. While the cocoa mix is still warm (not hot! just warm to the touch), transfer to a larger bowl and add one egg at a time and whisk like a mad person until the batter is smooth and shiny. If it looks like it splitting just whisk some more and it should come together fine â alternatively you could place the bowl over some steam for a few seconds while whisking, this should bring it all together (just donât heat the whole thing or you may end up with chocolate scrambled eggs). Once ready, add the flour in one go and stir until combined.
4. Place batter in prepared baking pan and bake for about 20 min, or until a toothpick comes out with moist batter. NOTE: you shouldnât cook them ALL the way through or theyâll be super dry, a touch underdone is best. Let them cool, remove from pan, and cut in squares.
5. Drizzle squares with melted chocolate, and sprinkle with sea salt.
