“I have made a grave error” ~James literally every time he sees Hannah probably. As some sassy comment comes out of his mouth and Hannah promptly throws something at him/slams a door in his face/rolls her eyes in utter disgust. All of the above?

James has made the gravest of errors doing what he’s done and thinking Hannah was gonna be all hunky dory with it and totally not hate him whatsoever.

Oh! and! because it’s kind of coming up as I chat about Peter/Hannah stuff, when do we wanna say they started dating/when they broke up? Because I think that all happened while it was just Peter and Hannah (mainly because of the hilarity i imagine must have occurred with Peter being the only one around to deal with teenage!Hannah in the throes of teenage love) which means it had to be somewhere in the 13-16 range for them to have STARTED dating.

I guess also has to deal with how long we wanted them to have dated before everything went down and Hannah instead started to hate his guts and believed he is Satan’s step-stool sent to earth.

okay, so we should talk about them! So at least one of their parents is dead, since Peter has a council seat, but I kinda feel like it’s just the two of them now? And maybe it has been for awhile??? I just feel like Peter has raised Hannah for some reason??? Like idk for how long, but yeah … thoughts???

I HONESTLY HAVE THE MOST FEELINGS ABOUT THE CLARKE SIBLINGS, U DON’T EVEN UNDERSTAND OKAY.

LIKE LITERALLY PETER IS HANNAH’S WORLD. SHE GETS STARS IN HER EYES WHEN PEOPLE TALK ABOUT HIM. HE’S TOTALLY HER NUMBER ONE HERO AND THINKS HE’S THE FREAKING BEES’ KNEES OKAY?!?!!?!

but yeah, no, i def think it’s just Peter and Hannah now. Maybe their mom died when Hannah was born? So it was kind of Peter and their dad raising Hannah, and maybe their dad wasn’t really that great at being a dad so it actually ended up being mainly Peter taking care of her? Which helped lead Hannah into being like: “MY BROTHER IS LITERALLY THE BEST/COOLEST PERSON EVER, OKAY?”

And/or could also see that maybe their dad has been dead and/or gone for quite some time now? I’m not sure how long you want Peter to have been on the council, but I’m guessing somewhere around five years maybe? So Peter would have had to take on teenage!Hannah and all that entailed. (Including her torrid relationship with James Van North, which I can elaborate on for you if Tina doesn’t. <3) Or if you really wanted, it could be like 7/8 years, which means Hannah would have been 13/12 when their dad died and Peter had to start taking care of Hannah.

Either way, I agree that Hannah and Peter def spent a LOT of time together and Peter def raised her, so now Hannah feels like it’s her turn to take care of and support Peter. Which is part of why she gets so pissed at anyone saying he’s a second-rate cop or literally anYTHING bad about him. Because he’s the best person she’s ever met--the one with the biggest and bravest heart and more compassion in his little finger than anyone else could hope to have.

And she’ll most certainly punch you in the face if you disagree.

Her brother’s the town sheriff after all. ;D

OH MAN. AND HANNAH WOULD PROBS JUST LIKE GIGGLE BEFORE MAKING JULIA SIT DOWN AND SHARE THE BLANKET AND TEA WITH HER AND LIKE TELL FUNNY STORIES TO EACH OTHER AND UGH.

I haven’t typed up Hannah’s bio yet but she’s literally a lil fluff ball of sunshine. As long as you’re not a jerk to her brother, that is. Like, she’s everyone’s cheerleader and biggest fan and is pretty much THE person you’d want to call when you were having a bad day because she would instantly come over and hug you and tell you all of your good traits and things that make you special and wonderful until you felt better.

But literally the SECOND you turn on her family or even kind of vaguely mention that you think her brother is a second-rate cop, the FIRE that will come into her eyes!!!! (s/o to James Van North who tbh has barely survived Hannah nearly biting his head off fifty million times)

So yeah, no, Hannah is hella precious and protective of the people she cares about, which def now includes Julia and her newfound coven-family!!!! <333

For so many years, the small Clarke family has had a membership of two. Hannah has always looked up to her brother and seen the good where he would sometimes see the bad. She believes that he’s done the best he could as Sheriff and has always tried to encourage him. Hannah has always been the one woman cheerleader, best friend and beacon of hope in her family because her brother has always been the only family she’s ever known. That’s why she’s so outraged by the council’s intent to pin this whole witch hunt on Peter’s supposed incompetence. That’s why Hannah has finally agreed to join Julia’s “coven”. Hannah didn’t believe in witches before but now she’s almost hoping they exist so they can make the council who no longer believes in her brother pay for their lack of faith.
