Hello, I'm the Ana who lost her Mercy. I know there are people in this world who are waiting for me, and I know they depend on me and love me very much, but... I feel like a murderer. If it weren't for me, Mercy would still be alive. If I was there for her, she wouldn't have committed suicide. What use is it being a medic if you can't save the ones you love? I am afraid that I'll kill everyone, and that is terrifying to know. I'm sorry, I just needed to vent.

I'm terrified of being unable to recognize my family and myself, I don't even know if its really happening or not! I haven't felt like myself in a while and when something cones up from where I'm from, I feel guilty for even thinking about it. Is it bc I'm not really kin with me? Or is it bc I'm insecure? Sometimes being fake feels so real it hurts me but I can't drop my id bc it's me...right? (I hope it's ok to vent)

It’s perfectly alright to vent! It helps to do it every once in awhile. It could be a mix of you and kin, but I am not a professional so I do not know for sure. ID kins can be tricky to work with in situations like this because you don’t know if it’s you or them. This isn’t too helpful, but if you come off anon I can try and help a bit more? I promise I won’t bite!

ah genji! sorry for the delay, i wanted to give this ask the attention it deserved!

i think it’s natural for all of us to doubt our identities at times, especially when there’s nothing physical left behind of who we once were and it feels like it’s all in our minds. if you feel uncertain in your identity you could take some time alone and immerse yourself in things that remind you of your past life - play overwatch as yourself, look at dragons, anything that helps you recall the past. if those things feel happy and familiar and connected with yourself,, why shouldn’t your identity be valid as much as anyone else’s?

positivity time! from my memories as old man morrison you were always a ball of energy, full of optimism and life despite everything you’d gone through. you were so polite and respectful, wonderful to have around and always helped to lighten the mood; you often put things into perspective whenever the other commanders and i became too serious and lost sight of who and what was really important.
