Asio is keeping us busy with not so subtle insults.
Hello again everyone. For the past few weeks following our presense at NGC, we’ve been busy working on improvements to the game all over the place. We’re at a point where we can look back at the game as a whole and start to really get into the details of how the game is meant to flow.
This also means we can have a look at some of the optional areas you can explore in Owlboy. We’ve taken some time to add some discoverable lore (there’s a lot of background lore in the Owlboy universe), and brushing up some of the more important character arcs in the story.
Otus is not particularly thrilled by the idea of more challenging side quests…
As we’re finishing more stuff, and more stuff can break, we’ve employed the help of more full-time testers to help with the workload (Hello Patrick!)
Roland isn’t impressed. Roland is never impressed…
On the subject of progress, we’ve been recieving a lot of questions about Owlboy’s development lately, and what we’re really up to. It can be dificult to get information out to everyone, but we got some questions regarding the game’s development and planned release on our subreddit recently and Simon neatly summarised the game’s situation in this post:
