Havada Ozon Ölçüm Cihazları

OS-4 model ozonkontrol cihazları 2 ayrı set değeri girilebilen hava kontrollü cihazlardır. Birinci set durumu ortamda bulunmasını sitediğimiz ozon konsantrasyonunun alt ve üst değerlerini girmemizi sağlar. İkinci set durumu acil durumlarda insan sağlığını tehdit edebilecek değerin ayarlanıp bu değerde alarm durumuna geçmesini sağlamaktadır. Os-4 Model Ozon Jeneratörü  dijitaldir ve kontrolleri analog olarak yapılmaktadır. Cihazın kalibrasyonu fabrika çıkışında ayarlanmıştır ve kalibrasyonu otomatik olarak yapılmaktadır.

Ozon Nedir ?

Ozon  doğada oluşması güneşten gelen mor ötesi ışınların atmosferdeki oksijeni parçalamasıyla ya da yıldırımın oksijeni parçalamasıyla ortaya çıkmaktadır. Ozon gazı havadan daha ağır bir gaz olduğu için yeryüzüne doğru iner, havayı doğal yöntemle temizler. Ozon sistemleri özellikle yağmurlu ya da fırtınalı günlerde hissettiğimiz koku ozonun yeryüzünde en yoğun halde olmuş şeklidir. Ozon Sensörü zemin seviyelerine yakın bölümlerde 10 milyon hava partikülü başına bir partikül o3 (=0.1 PPM =200 mg/m3) konsantrasyonlarda duman şeklinde bulunur. 2000 metre yükseklikte, çok daha azalarak 0.03 - 0.04 PPM seviyelere düşer. Böylelikle yeryüzündeki canlıları koruması yönünden büyük önem taşımaktadır

Ozone water cleaning for potatoes

This fall, O.C. Schulz & Sons, Inc., the potato grower-packer-shipper located in Crystal, ND, installed an Ozone Solutions generator for its grader’s wash line. The new system cleanses the company’s grading water system with ozone, as a contribution toward food safety.

David Moquist, the firm’s secretary-treasurer, expects the Ozone Solutions water treatment to also extend his potatoes’ shelf life. “They say this will keep them fresher and have a longer shelf life. It’ll be hard to back that up until we see this in action,” he said in early November, as the system’s finishing touches went into place.
