Wow so sorry it's been forever. My cat who was the love of my life and my soulmate and reason for being alive passed away in my arms at home on April 7th and I have not been the same since :')

Next up is Coral Cascade! Cass is the twin sister of Riptide and the child of Sea Pearl and Sunny Belle! Cass is still a child in the current timeline, but I did an older image of her for funsies. Cass is a very intelligent and studious filly. She loves to learn all of the jobs of each of the crew aboard The Reef with her favorite being her auntie Coral Reef. She loves to study how the moon affects the seas, and when she's older with her cutie mark, this point of interest becomes her special talent! She hates to be disturbed when she's studying or researching, and she hates when the crew get rowdy and noisy.

Sorry for being gone for so long! My cat is still hanging in there thankfully and I've just been enjoying my time with her while I can. I ended up just blocking the ex and have been trying to move on instead of trying to get back together with her like I had initially thought I was going to. I think it's just better for both of us this way. And I've suddenly developed a migraine problem for the first time in my life??? Not sure where the hell that came from but I'm guessing all of the stress? No clue. But I'm gonna do my best to keep introducing my characters when I can! Thanks for sticking around <3

Next up is Riptide! Riptide is the youngest son of Sunny Belle and Sea Pearl! He is still a child in their current story, but I've drawn him grown with a cutie mark as well for future use! Riptide is a sweet little boy who loves helping his mothers however he can! He also loves to help his auntie Southern Sails with her duties pertaining to navigation and mast duties! He loves being able to hoist and drop the sails to get their ship moving as fast as possible! He and his sister (to be introduced next) fight often, and he gets picked on by her more than anything. So he prefers to stay closer to an adult to keep himself protected from his sister's teasing.

Currently going through some hard stuff. On top of my girlfriend deciding suddenly that having to spend time or think about spending time with me was too stressful to bear, my 18 year old soul cat Izzie whom I’ve had since she was born has been in the hospital for the last few days. She’s got kidney issues and anybody who knows cats knows that kidney issues are usually a death sentence for cats especially when they’re older. So it’s been probably the hardest couple weeks I’ve had in like 10 years. Trying really hard to keep it together but losing two of my favorite beings back to back has been devastating. Izzie is still holding on and might get to come home from the vet tomorrow with a decent bloodwork result.

Next up aboard The Reef is Southern Sails! SS is the ship's cartographer and navigator! She is responsible for ensuring the crew get to their desired destination, and she has mapped places previously unexplored! She is the one who sets the routes that the ship will be traveling! They don't currently have a weather pony aboard, but they're hoping to pick one up to add to the crew soon so SS's job gets a little easier avoiding rough storms. Her wife and child aren't aboard, so she only gets to visit when the crew dock in Ponyville! They all have loved ones there, so they dock every weekend for the entire two days (sometimes longer) to visit them!

Next up aboard The Reef is Sunny Belle! Belle is Sea Pearl's wife, and she loves nothing more than to surf! She joined the crew to be closer to the sea, and that's where she met her eventual wife. Aboard the ship, Belle is responsible for cooking (she doesn't love it, but she's pretty good at it) and keeping everything ship shape. She's a bit of a perfectionist, so she puts this trait to use by keeping everything organized and tidy. She's an early riser who gets her work done quickly so she can spend more time riding the waves The Reef leaves in its wake! Her pearls she wears were given to her by Pearl of course!

Next up aboard The Reef is Sea Pearl! Pearl is an expert in all things precious and valuable. Not only can she find the stuff like nobody's business, but her appraisal skills are second to none! She loves to adorn her hair with her most favorite pearls that she's found. She also makes jewelry for her wife (to be introduced next) and kids to wear, and she occasionally sells it when they dock at a market! She is in charge of selling the treasure they end up finding to the pony who will give them the most money!

Next up is Coral Reef! Coral is the first mate aboard The Reef (which of course was named after her) and Captain Marcy's Wife! Coral is a conservationist who does everything in her power to protect the fragile reefs from any danger presented! You can often find her in the water more than aboard the ship itself, and she uses her wings for swimming more than flying! She would rather be in the sea than the air. She loves her wife very much, and her kids are her pride and joy.

so sorry for the lack of updates!!! my girlfriend unexpectedly broke up with me yesterday because apparently spending time with the people you love is absolutely diabolical. I'm losing my mind but will try to keep introducing my kids to maybe help distract me from the heartache i guess

Next up is gonna be a string of ponies who are all connected. This is Captain Marcy! She's the captain of a pirate ship called The Reef. She sails from land to land gathering things she can bring to ponies in need. Whether it be treasure, food, or supplies, Marcy and her crew will give it all away. Think of them as like the Robin Hood of pirate ponies. She runs the ship perfectly with her crew made of up her friends, her wife (and her first mate), and her children! She is a strict captain when she needs to be, but she would go to the ends of Equestria to protect her family and loved ones.

Next up is Winter Fawn! Fawn is a master snowflake crafter! She makes the most beautiful snowflakes for each winter season. Despite not being a pegasus, she works closely with weather ponies to design the snowflakes perfectly for each type of snowstorm that is planned! She’s also a lover of well-crafted gemstone jewelry and uses her snowflake crafting skills to also make jewelry of her own by carving the gemstones with precision. She is kind of a loner and prefers the quiet akin to that of freshly fallen snow.

Next up is Sapphire Vision! Sapph is a clothing designer! She grew up being absolutely infatuated with Rarity and her designs. Her dream was to one day work for her! She currently works at Rarity’s boutique in Canterlot, and not her future goal is to have her own with what she’s learned in her hometown of Manehattan! She’s a gal with a lot of opinions and isn’t afraid to voice them! She knows she’s pretty, and making sure she’s presentable is very very important to her!

was i originally going to just draw her as pretty as she deserves? yes

but then i thought about the grand galloping gala and i was like "well, i cant NOT let her go-"

Next up is Knitpic! She is an expert knitter/crocheter! Her career goal is to eventually open up her own shop, but for now she just sells her creations at markets and fairs! She loves making knitted blankets the most. Her entire home is filled with her creations. She might look like a super well put together kinda gal, but she is a grandmother at heart who loves nothing more than to put on her reader glasses, cozy up in her arm chair, and knit until she’s sleepy.

Next up is my beautiful boy Aster! Aster is trans, and I tried to make his cutie mark represent him blooming into who he is today! He is a florist (wow like three florist characters back to back I’m sorry I’m not original 😭) who likes to grow the flowers that are used in floral arrangements, for home decor, and other events! He does the arrangements himself, and his favorite use of them is to bring them by hospitals to give to sick ponies! He is always ready to be the one to give a bouquet to anybody for any reason, and that’s actually how he met his girlfriend (to be introduced later) who had told him she’d never received flowers before!

Next up is Eminence! Em is a florist who grows the prettiest, rarest, and usually most endangered flora that she can! She provides the floral arrangements for most weddings and events in Canterlot! She loves what she does and doesn’t consider it to be work most days, so you can often find her in her workshop and garden more than at home! She and her girlfriend are very close, and Em loves making some of her prettiest arrangements for her.

Next up is Autumn Breeze! I have a theme of autumn ponies going on I guess! Autumn is a lover of all things fall (wow shocker)! She is the head of the decor committee for decorating Ponyville for Halloween and the autumn season in general! When the season ends, she spends her time making the decor for the next! She is not a fan of summer (me either) and usually isn’t seen much until the weather gets colder!
