ArtFight 2026 Week #3

Only 2 additional attack this week, which puts me halfway to my goal of 15 10 attacks this year...

To be honest, though, I've been kinda having more fun doing these more involved, multi-character pieces. So I may pivot to focus more on that, especially since I haven't really had many revenge pieces to work on this time around :,) Time will tell.

ArtFight 2026 Week 1-2

Well, the month is nearly half over, and my initial goal of completing 15 attacks this year is beginning to seem...a bit overly ambitious.

With only 3 attacks put away so far (and after realizing that this goal is both arbitrary and self-imposed), I'm tempering my expectations for 2026 to a more attainable 10.

Anyway, here are the attacks thus far...

Alternate timeline where magic is real but there are still conspiracy theories...

Miniminotaur: Okay first of all, these are not "dragon fossils". They're dragon bones. If they were fossilized, they'd be fully turned to stone which, as you can imagine, takes a long fucking time. The dragons only died out about 3000 years ago, which is still somehow older than you think Midgard even is.

As to why the dragon seemed to be made of stone: check out these bite marks. Those look a lot like they were made by a basilisk, don't they? What probably happened is that this dragon got into a tussle with a basilisk and ended up getting petrified (fucking loser). That's why the flesh is made of stone - but stone that doesn't match any of the surrounding stone, and why the bones are still made of bone.
