CHAPTER 9 - Formal Adoption
Dylan awoke once again to the familiar sound of his Daddy unlocking the crib. He couldn’t quite understand why he never woke until Michael entered the nursery, but at this point, he didn’t really care. The warm, comforting routine had become his new normal, and the security it brought was all that mattered. As he stirred, he noticed the now-familiar sensation of being wet and messy, but this time the nappy had held up well, and Michael seemed pleased.
‘Good morning, baby,’ Michael said with a smile. ‘Let’s get you changed. We have a big day ahead.’
With practiced care, Michael lifted Dylan from the crib and gently laid him on the changing table. He removed the soiled nappy, cleaning Dylan thoroughly before lifting him to stand on the soft nursery floor. Dylan stood there obediently, watching as Michael reached for a special jar of cream.
‘This,’ Michael explained, ‘will make all those nasty big boy hairs go away and never come back. It’s my own special formula.’ He smiled proudly as he began to apply the cream to Dylan’s body. ‘Just stand still for five minutes, and you’ll be smooth and hairless forever.’
Dylan listened carefully, absorbing every word as he stood perfectly still. The cream felt cool on his skin, and he couldn’t help but feel a thrill of excitement at the thought of never having to worry about body hair again. He’d always hated it, and the idea of being permanently smooth made him feel even more like the little boy he wanted to be.
When the alarm finally went off, Michael scooped Dylan up and carried him to the bathroom. He rinsed the cream off, revealing Dylan’s newly smooth and soft skin. Then, he ran a warm bath, allowing his boy to soak and relax in the soothing water. As he lay there, completely smooth except for his head, Dylan felt an overwhelming sense of contentment. He hated body hair and had always gone to great lengths to shave it off. Now, thanks to Michael, he was free from it forever.
After the bath, Michael carried Dylan back to the changing table. ‘You’re my perfect, smooth baby boy,’ he cooed, rubbing baby lotion into Dylan’s skin before dusting him generously with powder. The familiar scent filled the room, creating an atmosphere of pure comfort.
With expert hands, Michael taped Dylan into a thick monster style nappy. To Dylan’s surprise, Daddy then added a pair of plastic pants before dressing him in a sailor onesie and baby blue dungarees. The outfit made him feel utterly adorable and secure. Michael attached a dummy clip to Dylan’s onesie and popped the dummy into his mouth, sealing it with a gentle pat on the cheek.
‘Let’s get you fed,’ Michael said as he picked Dylan up and carried him over to the highchair. He carefully buckled Dylan in, then began feeding him slowly and lovingly, making sure his boy was well-nourished and content. While Dylan sucked on a bottle, Michael took a moment to make himself a coffee and some toast, enjoying a brief respite while watching over his little one.
Once breakfast was over, Michael cleaned Dylan up and carried him out to the car. He buckled him securely into the car seat, making sure Dylan was comfortable and safe. As he did so, Michael shared their plans for the day.
‘Baby, we’re off to London,’ Michael began. ‘Remember how I was busy on Wednesday? I was sorting out your apartment and speaking with Lucy to arrange everything for today.’ Dylan’s curiosity was piqued, but he also felt a flutter of nervousness. ‘We’re going to formally sign your adoption today. Do you remember Lucy, the barrister from the other night? She’s drafted up a legal contract for us.’
Michael smiled down at Dylan. ‘I want us to sign this to formalise our new lives. Would you like that, baby?’
Without hesitation, Dylan mumbled through his dummy, ‘Yes, Daddy.’
‘Good,’ Michael said, setting off. ‘It will take about an hour to get there, so just relax, little man.’
As the car rolled down the road, Dylan gazed out the window, his thoughts swirling. Suddenly, a realisation struck him, and he turned to Michael with wide eyes.
‘Daddy, me dressed like a baby. We going to London, and everyone will see!’ he exclaimed, a mix of fear and embarrassment colouring his voice.
Michael glanced back at Dylan, his tone calm and reassuring. ‘Yes, baby, this is what you wear now, and you need to be like this all the time. Remember, it’s only your parents who get to see you in big boy clothes.’
Dylan’s heart raced, but he trusted his Daddy completely. Michael’s words soothed his anxiety, and Dylan accepted what he said, knowing this was his life now. He had no choice but to embrace it. Holding Billy close and continuing to suck on his dummy, Dylan soon felt his eyelids grow heavy. The rhythm of the car and the security of his Daddy’s presence lulled him into a peaceful sleep, his thoughts quieting as he drifted off.
Dylan woke to the gentle sensation of his Daddy unbuckling him from the car seat. As he stirred, Michael noticed that Dylan’s nappy was wet and messy again.
‘Baby, you’re messy again,’ Michael said softly. ‘You really can’t hold it at all anymore, but we’ll have to wait a bit before I can change you.’
Michael picked Dylan up, carrying him into Lucy’s offices. They were greeted by a cheerful receptionist who, though surprised to see such a big baby, was warm and complimentary. Dylan, feeling a bit shy, continued to suck on his dummy and hug Billy tightly.
The receptionist led them to Lucy’s office, where they were welcomed with a warm smile. ‘There’s the special boy,’ Lucy said, and Dylan couldn’t help but break into a big smile in return. ‘This is a very important day for you, Dylan. This document will ensure that you have your Daddy forever.’
Dylan’s heart swelled with happiness at her words, and he felt a comforting warmth spread through him.
Lucy noticed the state of Dylan’s nappy and asked Michael, ‘Oh, Michael, he’s adorable, but he seems a bit smelly. Do you need to change him?’
Michael smiled, nodding. ‘Yes, he’s been having a little trouble with control lately. He’s become more like a six-month-old in that regard. But I’d better get him changed. Is it okay if I do that here?’
‘Of course, Michael,’ Lucy replied kindly.
Michael gently laid Dylan on the floor, removing his dungarees and unbuttoning his onesie. He carefully changed Dylan’s nappy, making sure he was clean and comfortable.
‘You’re such a good boy,’ Michael said, smiling as he finished the change. He decided to leave Dylan in just his onesie, letting the fresh nappy peek out. ‘You can stay like this for now, baby,’ he added, picking Dylan up and holding him close on his lap.
Lucy, seated across from them at her desk, handed Michael a copy of the adoption papers. ‘Okay, let’s go over the contract,’ she said, giving Dylan a warm smile.
The adoption agreement was titled, ‘Permanent Adoption Agreement and Care Plan Between Michael Powers & Dylan Wainwright.’ Lucy read through the key points, emphasising the importance of the document.
As she read through the details, Dylan listened quietly, feeling increasingly reassured with each word. The agreement formalised the permanent care and adoption of Dylan by Michael, outlining the responsibilities and rules that would govern their new life together. It was clear that this was a binding commitment, ensuring that Dylan would always have the care and support he needed.

Permanent Adoption Agreement and Care Plan Between Michael Powers & Dylan Wainwright
The purpose of this document is to formalise the permanent adoption and care of Dylan Wainwright (herein referred to as ‘Baby’) by Michael Powers (herein referred to as ‘Daddy’).
Baby will be encouraged to regularly read this document but never allowed to alter or add to it in any way. Once signed, this adoption is final, permanent, and binding for both parties and cannot be dissolved. A hard copy of this agreement will be kept in the nursery for easy reference.
This adoption agreement and care plan are based on the following facts:
• Baby is unable to cope with adult life.
• Baby will always be an infantile boy and will never be an adult male, and therefore needs permanent care and supervision by a responsible adult carer.
• Baby needs a nappy at all times.
• Baby can never be trusted to look after himself in any situation, so must be supervised, monitored, and cared for by an adult at all times.
The main objective of this adoption is to permanently protect Baby from adult life and to provide him with all the care, support, and structure needed to create a safe and nurturing environment for him to be his true self, feel safe, and be loved.
The adoption agreement places the care, responsibility, and ownership of Baby with Daddy permanently and solely.
• To spend as much quality time together as possible to develop an unbreakable and loving bond.
• For Daddy to take control of and supervise all aspects of Baby’s life.
• For Baby to surrender and accept his true self and to become totally dependent on Daddy for all things.
a. Baby will wear a nappy at all times.
b. Baby is not allowed to remove or adjust his nappy in any way.
c. Daddy will choose the most appropriate nappies for Baby and will regularly test and rate different types.
d. Baby will never use a toilet and must use his nappy fully.
e. Daddy will decide when nappies are checked and changed; a check will not necessarily result in an immediate change.
f. Baby’s nappy should be visible and obvious at all times. The nappy can be covered by other clothing but should always be thick enough to be fully noticeable.
g. Baby will not fuss or sulk when Daddy decides to put plastic pants over the nappy.
a. Daddy will choose and approve all of Baby’s clothes.
b. Baby will not dress himself.
c. Baby’s ‘adult’ wardrobe will be limited to one outfit for seeing his parents, and these clothes should still be suitably boyish.
a. Baby’s body is now smooth, and his face will be clean-shaven at all times.
b. Baby’s hair should always be short and boyish. Daddy will decide on the best style and cut.
c. Baby will have no say or choice in his appearance.
a. Baby must eat and drink everything that is given to him by Daddy or Daddy’s friends without making a fuss.
b. All drinks will be given in a bottle or Sippy cup.
c. Baby will not feed himself.
d. A bib must be worn at all mealtimes.
a. If Daddy puts a dummy in Baby’s mouth, he is not allowed to talk or take it out without permission. Baby should raise his hand and wait if he needs to speak to Daddy.
b. If Baby puts a dummy in his own mouth, he is allowed to remove it of his own accord.
a. Baby must stay close to Daddy at all times when out and do exactly as he is told at all times.
b. Baby will never carry cash, keys, phone, or other adult items when out with Daddy as he no longer owns any big boy items.
c. Baby should refer to Daddy as ‘Daddy’ or ‘Dadda’ at all times, even when out and about.
d. Daddy should always have a fully equipped nappy bag and a dummy with him when away from home.
a. Baby will no longer be allowed to touch himself or make himself cum. Daddy will be in sole charge of baby’s milking and this will be done if and when Daddy chooses and by who Daddy chooses.
b. Daddy will use baby for sexual pleasure whenever he wants and in whatever way he wants.
c. Daddy’s friends can also use baby if they desire as long as Daddy approves.
a. Daddy will always cum in baby either anally or orally, Daddy may allow others to use baby in this way but only if Daddy is sure they are safe.
a. Baby must start to unlearn adult words and start using more age- appropriate baby words instead. This will be done gradually with each word learned and established over a period of time.
a. Baby must do what Daddy tells him at all times without argument and must reply with ‘Yes, Daddy’ when instructed to do something.
b. Baby should always be unaware and unconcerned with time. Daddy will ensure that Baby goes to bed at the right time and wakes up when needed.
c. Baby’s bedtime will be decided by Daddy and is currently set at no later than 21:30. This will be strictly adhered to unless Daddy has given permission to stay up later. Bedtime may be subject to change at Daddy’s discretion.
d. Any breaking of these rules or other naughty behaviour will result in immediate consequences, which are detailed below.
The breaking of rules or other disobedience will be addressed according to the level of naughtiness. Consequences will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Time-Out: A period spent standing in the corner in silence for minor misbehaviour.
2. Hand and Leg Taps: A short corrective tap for minor infractions such as trying to help with dressing or fiddling with the nappy.
3. Early Bedtime: Being sent to bed early for moderate misbehaviour.
4. Sissifying: Baby will be dressed as a baby girl for a period of time for naughtiness and disobedience such as touching himself inappropriately and refusing to wear the clothes that Daddy chooses.
5. Restraining: Periods spent in restraints for more serious behaviour when Baby needs to calm down and reflect.
6. Spanking: A bare-bottom spanking for serious disobedience.
I, Michael Powers, fully understand my responsibility and agree to formally adopt Dylan Wainwright. I accept that I am now the sole carer of him and take full responsibility for my baby boy.
I, Dylan Wainwright, give over full and complete control of my life to Michael Powers and accept from this date forward that I am his full-time and permanent baby.
As Lucy finished reading, she looked up at Dylan and asked gently, ‘Are you happy with this, little man?’
Dylan, still holding his dummy, nodded eagerly. Without a word, he picked up the pen and signed the document, feeling a deep sense of contentment.
Michael smiled proudly. ‘I’ll take that as a yes,’ he said with a chuckle. He then signed the document himself before giving Dylan a loving kiss on the forehead. Lucy, witnessing the moment, added her signature as well, sealing the agreement.
‘Congratulations,’ Lucy said, giving them both a kiss on the cheek. She carefully filed away the signed copies. ‘Now that this is done, I hope you both have a wonderful life together. Maybe we can celebrate with a wedding soon,’ she added with a wink.
Michael smiled at the suggestion. ‘Now, there’s an idea,’ he said with a playful grin.
With the paperwork complete, Michael picked Dylan up, leaving him in just his onesie for the ride home. He thanked Lucy and carried Dylan out through the open-plan offices. As they passed by, several of the staff couldn’t help but smile and coo at Dylan, who, despite his initial shyness, began to enjoy the attention.
Finally, they reached the car, and Michael buckled Dylan securely into his seat. As they prepared to drive home, Michael glanced at the copy of the adoption papers sitting on the passenger seat and then back at Dylan.
‘Are you really happy, baby?’ Michael asked, his voice filled with genuine concern.
Dylan, feeling completely at ease and more secure than ever before, looked up at his Daddy with a big smile. ‘Happiest I’ve ever been, Daddy,’ he replied softly, the words slightly muffled by his dummy.
Michael’s heart swelled with love and pride. ‘Good, my little one. You deserve to be happy,’ he said warmly, starting the car.
As they drove home, the gentle motion of the car and the comfort of his new life quickly lulled Dylan into a peaceful sleep. Michael glanced in the rearview mirror from time to time, seeing his boy cuddling Billy close, his dummy bobbing slightly as he drifted deeper into sleep.
The journey back seemed to pass in no time at all, and before long, they were pulling into the driveway of their home. Michael carefully unbuckled Dylan from his car seat, lifting him out without waking him. Dylan stirred slightly, nuzzling closer to Michael’s chest, but remained blissfully asleep.
As Michael carried Dylan into the house, he noticed that Dylan’s nappy had grown warm and heavy during the drive, another sign of how fully he had embraced his new life. Michael smiled, thinking about how natural it all felt now, for both of them.
Inside, the house was quiet and peaceful. Michael carried Dylan upstairs to the nursery, taking his time as he laid his sleeping boy on the changing table. He gently untaped the wet nappy, cleaned Dylan up but left him naked.
Michael carried him to his room and laid down next to him, ‘Baby, I am so happy we have both changed our lives forever. We have both legally committed to live our lives the way we desire.’
Dylan smiled and kissed his Daddy forcefully. Michael took Dylan in his arms and instinctively the connected with Michael slowly entered his boy’s hole, applying a little lube, to help. Within seconds they were both making passionate love to each other and Dylan couldn’t get enough of his daddy deep inside him. Dylan was so excited and happy that he was now Daddy’s boy forever, he came in only a few minutes stimulated by the intense emotions and by being fucked by the man he loved. Michael kept going as he wanted to savour every second of it, he like Dylan was so happy that he has a permanent boy of his own.
Michael finally erupted and held his boy tight while unloading all his precious seed. Dylan was then kissed to within an inch of his life, however knowing how his body had little control Michael grabbed a nappy from beside the bed and changed him, followed by a colourful onesie. He then pulled his boy close, not letting him go for an instant and they both fell fast asleep with Michael holding Dylan close to his chest.
As Dylan drifted off, he thought to himself, I have never felt so loved.
