Glad that the young woman was okay had Josh’s nerves settling down, but then again they were riling back up from just standing there, his high was definitely not going to be leaving him anytime soon. “Oh? I startled you– I’m really sorry, honestly I didn’t mean to I promise I don’t go around trying to scare all of the people backstage– unless of course it’s halloween then it’s a different story.” He said trailing off with a laugh as he hoped he could at least get the petite female to smile. She didn’t look like their normal fans and the fact that she wasn’t surrounding herself with the other people at the backstage party definitely gave Josh the idea that the young woman wasn’t particularly fond to be there. He tried not to take it personal, and he tried not too judge too far as his judgement wasn’t always the best thing. “Are you lost?” He inquired erasing his earlier judgments for a test to see if she was actually separated from someone she may have showed up with. “Because I can show you the way back to where everyone is?”
The brunette steadied herself so as to not lose her balance once more. She watched as the young man spoke, his energy amusing her just a bit. “It was an accident,” she bit her lip with a shrug of her shoulder, not really sure how to reassure him that she was okay. Her lips tugged into a small, yet nervous, smile at his joke. “I suppose I’m glad it’s not Halloween then,” Paisley stated kindly- people scaring her was not something she quite enjoyed. It dawned on her that the man in front of her looked like the one who was on stage but to Paisley, he was just a normal person with a different career. Her head shook slightly at his question. “Not really..” she admitted. “I’m not, I’m not really used to being surrounded by so many people so I thought I’d wonder off somewhere else for a bit..” Paisley trailed off quietly, her eyes on the floor as she spoke - one of her many quirks of not being able to talk to people very well.
