When Trump took over the Kennedy Center, he directed that all works of art be removed and replaced with his choices. He ordered the existing art, much of which was donated by the artist, to be sold, causing outrage. Thankfully, he never had the opportunity! All the pieces, including the famous Berks bust of Kennedy, have been located in storage at the Center and will be returned to display. Now if we can restore the Rose Garden...

“I used to think as I looked out on the Hollywood night: There must be thousands of girls sitting alone like me dreaming of being a movie star. But I’m not going to worry about them. I’m dreaming the hardest.” Remembering Marilyn Monroe… Born Norma Jeane Mortenson on June 1st, 1926 in Los Angeles, California Died on August 5th, 1962 (age 36) in Los Angeles, California Portrait of Marilyn taken by Lawrence Schiller on the set of Something’s Got to Give (her final, uncompleted picture) on her 36th birthday, June 1st, 1962 (which was also, sadly, her last day on the set).
Happy Birthday, Marilyn Monroe! Born on June 1, 1926, at 9:30 a.m. in Los Angeles, California. “I was born under the sign of Gemini. That stands for the intellect.”
Marilyn on the set of Niagara, 1953.
happy birthday Marilyn Monroe // june 1, 1926 - august 5, 1962 // “i sometimes feel as if i’m too exposed. i’ve given myself away, the whole of me, every part, and there’s nothing left that’s private, just me alone. if you feel low, you might worry that there’s nothing new to give. but that’s not true – not ever. you discover things inside yourself you never knew were there. you always go on developing.”
she was born 100 years ago today ❤️️
Happy 100th Birthday to Marilyn Monroe.
This is why you don't let a drug-infested gang of criminals move into the White House.
Every day, there's some sort of ridiculous behavior from #47.
For all those suckers who so proudly claim that he gave up his yearly presidential salary to charity 😀😃 ... here's just the tip of the iceberg if his grifting and theft.
trumps death count continues to climb
how many more Americans will die by trumps hands before he is removed?
