Have yall ever lost a visually noticeable amount of weight in 2 weeks? And im not talking just about bloating going down, like visually the fat is less? If so what did you do? I can’t fast cos I have POTs but I do heavily restrict and workout, and I have an event in a couple weeks

Yall ever feel so left behind?
Like technically I’m quite successful, I’m 23 graduated my first degree with a 1st class grade, about to finish my masters degree now, already accepted into a funded PhD at a Russel group university (Russel group means a top university for the Americans), have lost weight from the start (not enough yet ofc, but noticeable), glew up a bit, and yet I feel so left behind. Like everything is surface level if you get me? Like everyone else has budding social lives, cool stuff they’ve been up to (travelling, concerts, events, etc), bought houses, even some have gotten engaged (I’m 23 and still feel like a teen lol can’t fathom that).
Still convincing myself if I lose more weight it’ll help, and honestly it probably will make me feel somewhat better. But idk. Feels like every ‘successful’ thing I’ve ever done is kinda empty. Maybe I’m dramatic idk
How Tf do you guys focus on work when fasting?

Skip dinner. Not breakfast. If you save cals you can sometimes feel like you’re giving yourself permission to eat at night and you overeat.
