Meat & veggie fiber balls:
2.25lbs ground bison
1lb spicy ground sausage
juicer extrusion from a masticating juicer - pulp from:
2 bunches kale
2 pink lady apples
1 beet
2/3 cup cashew flour
2 eggs
2 diced onions
1 bulb of garlic, minced
a drizzle of olive oil
seasonings to taste, including:
thyme
basil
salt
pepper
cayenne pepper
“seasoned” pepper
smoked paprika
Combine everything in a big bowl, form the balls in pyrex dishes, then bake for about 30-40min @ 350 degrees.
