     Cue the tiny giggles as she knelt down beside the water        nodding her head quickly. She was here to swim with her.

[ ♪ ] A sharklike grin on her face, the siren grabs the dragon's arm and drags her into her water. “I really need to come up with a name for you.”

[ ♪ ] "If it isn't my favorite dragon—! Have you come by to swim again?"

[ ♪ ] "You don't stop by ever," the siren whines, splashing water at the other. "Did you find a better fishing spot than mine?"

[ ♪ ] “Stay out of the water!” came the siren’s warning as she lazily splashed water in the newcomer’s direction. The sun down, all she could make out was a vague silhouette—-though they did look human. “What business do you have on my beach?”

[ ♪ ] There was nothing the siren feared more than storms. 

         Reasonably so-- the water was a deadly place to be during such an event. Luckily for her, the beach and its surrounding town rarely suffered from thunderstorms, the most it would be a heavy rain. 

         Unfortunately for Hyale, on the night a storm was brewing she was imprisoned in the place she would typically call home, an underwater cave. The heavy rain had already begun to flood the cave, and Hyale, paralyzed in fear, sat helplessly with her hands covering her ears. 

         A sudden thought struck the tanned girl's mind-- she had somewhere to go to. 

         Summoning all the bravery that she could, Hyale dove back into the water, swimming to shore as fast as she could. The pain of her tail splitting into legs was masked by the adrenaline pumping through her body, though with the first steps she took she came crashing onto the sands.

         Running as fast as she could manage, Hyale squinted through the heavy rain looking for Rizu. The Gorgon usually visited her once a day, though she would be home, presumably, out of the rain. Thankfully, the siren knew the way to her house. Finally arriving, she began pounding on the door, fear overruling the common sense that the girl could be asleep.

         "Rizu--Rizu, please let me in. I'm scared."
