One thing’s for sure: I am thankful to Him for his daily healing. It may not be physically, but mentally, I’m getting better.
I am currently watching Emily in Paris while waiting here for my follow-up consultation.

Crash Course in Romance Episode 13 Review
How We Approach an Unsolvable Conjecture
An entire episode of Crash Course in Romance takes a turn for the dramatic here, and it seems as though the show's creators have forgotten what it was that made the show so attractive in the first place. I'm all for shows experimenting with different moods over the course of their run (the darker tone that Twenty Five Twenty One took in its later episodes was something I particularly liked), but this one seems to go against the grain of what the show was supposed to be about.
The red herring that Su-a was involved with Hae-e's disappearance and the subsequent accident was evidently too good to be true, and unfortunately, Dong-hui was the one who was responsible for what took place. However, as a result of doing all of these things and concentrating so much on the apparent murder, the show has moved into the realm of dark thrillers.
The sudden shift in tone is jarring and uncomfortable, particularly considering that the writers are attempting to weave in more passionate scenes between Chi-yeol and Haeng-seon at the same time. As a consequence of this, they are unable to actually hit the correct chord. It's a real tragedy because the show has been hitting on all cylinders for a considerable amount of time now, as the expression goes.
Personally on the bright note, I love doughnuts! ☺️😂
Currently watching episode 13 of Crash Course in Romance. It's kind of funny how much the scenarios almost seem to apply to me.
If You're Still Battling Yet Feeling Hopeless
This is for the people who stand up when they see wrongdoing, who are true to who they are even if it makes them unpopular, and who hear "you're wrong" again and over again from those who have limited perspectives. Those who aren't satisfied with the current state of affairs and are determined to show the world a better one will find this to their liking.
This one's for the loners, the heroes, the outcasts, the freaks, the fighters.
Those of you who refuse to be pigeonholed because of the opinions of others, who are willing to risk all for the sake of your beliefs, this is for you. We applaud those of you who, despite the odds being stacked against you, choose disobedience even if it means experiencing excruciating agony, because you want to see the world changed. These words are dedicated to those of you who must face each day with the knowledge that you will suffer emotional anguish, physical discomfort, and an uphill battle just to live.
These words are dedicated to the fighters who refuse to give up even when no one else does. Everyone who cares about you is probably wondering why you aren't taking the safe route, but while they're telling you to "just try harder to fit in" or "stop being so angry about things we can't change," you might be starting a revolution, bringing about a paradigm shift, or giving birth to a new way of thinking.
You are timeless concepts encased in a mortal body, a tale, a legend for future generations to learn about. Although many people are out to diminish you, you remain unfazed since you know the truth is on your side. As you do not attempt to cover up your wounds. Because they are the tales that shaped you, you proudly tote them about. Now here's a fact, a secret to keep: the stories are all we have, and the stories are the most potent things of all. The only things left after a million years of human history are these stories and predictions from far ago.
They alone have survived the passage of countless centuries. If you keep up the fight for what you think in, you, too, could join their ranks. Even when the rest of the world has given in to darkness, you, the one shining beacon in its midst, refuse to go out. And keep that fire burning forever. Because it predates you.
The first person to achieve this was Joan of Arc, who despite being so young had people doubting her every move and questioning her every idea as she led troops to a tremendous victory.
Mandela was the first to stand up to a regime that was aiming to entirely destroy the rights and dignity of black South Africans, and he spent 27 years in prison as a result.
Galileo set the precedent by speaking up for what he believed to be true and scientific at a time and place when only religion and tyranny reigned and for which he was subsequently jailed and labeled a heretic.
Mahatma Gandhi was the first person to start freeing a country from its oppressors without resorting to violence or hatred.
Rosa Parks's refusal to give up her bus seat after a long day of work and subsequent arrest sparked a movement that has endured to this day.
It all began with heroes like Martin Luther King Jr., Malcom X, Susan B. Anthony, Abraham Lincoln, and numerous more who defied convention and established norms. They did not simply follow the status quo, but rather rewrote the rules, shattered barriers, and altered the course of history by the ideals and identities they embodied.
In standing up for what is right, you are not alone. But now it is your turn to be the one who carries the torch and illuminates the darkness.
The world has fallen into darkness, and you were brought into it to be a pillar of light, bringing hope to the hopeless. You were conceived to bring about a shift in perception that few would have predicted. You are destined to change the world.
Get up and fix what's broken inside the globe; people are counting on you.
Avoid letting anyone change your mind.
The complicated questions so many of us ask about our faith, our sexuality, and our lives:
• Am I okay?
• Can I be myself?
• If I am myself, will people reject me?
• What do I do with a faith that no longer fits me?
• Can I make peace with the parts of that faith I still love?
• Can I make peace with the people in this world who will not accept me?
The reason her writing was interesting is not because she had a degree in Mormon theology (she didn't) or because her grammar was perfect (it wasn't) or because she'd experienced some fantastical thing no one else had ever experienced (she hadn't). But the reason she had been so drawn to this project, the reason her writing was compelling, was because these questions are interesting and universal. Who isn't asking these questions about themselves and their lives?
Great writing begins with great questions.

Many researchers have spent years looking at the possible correlation between our nose shapes and our ancestry. Researchers from all over the world have looked at 3D scans of people from various ethnic backgrounds and geographical regions in order to classify different types of noses. Nose experts consider the internal and exterior dimensions of the nose, as well as its height, bridge length, protrusion of the nasal tip, and nostril breadth and distance.
I have Fleshy nose. People with Fleshy noses are thought to be quick on their feet, astute, street-savvy, sensible, cautious, and observant. Only those who are close to you can truly appreciate your kind nature, kindness, sensitivity, and emotional depth. As a rule, you avoid making assumptions. Yet it's interesting how quickly you process information and put your ideas into action. Sometimes you come off as too forceful. You also tend to be very careful with your finances. You have a knack for economizing. You won't throw money away on unnecessary luxuries or frivolous purchases.
You're a really upbeat person who always looks on the bright side of things. You will not worry about such trifles as "spilled milk." You like to get things done quickly and efficiently. You may have a reputation for being tough and cutthroat, but in reality, you are a really devoted and caring partner. You don't waste words trying to soften the facts.

I asked myself these questions:
Why is it harder for my friend to post her photo since she needs to write a caption? What is preventing her from expressing her ideas? What prevents us from using the words that would help us better understand who we are, who we love, and what's going on in the world?
Given that we're talking about an Instagram caption, you might be thinking to yourself that everything sounds a little dramatic. You're right. But in my opinion, the pattern I'm getting at here—a pattern that is all too tragic and common—lies beneath the Instagram caption. We want to say something, but we hold back. Why?
Is it conceivable that the process of writing itself—expressing ourselves verbally—could lead us to our fullest expression?

Forgiveness heals; unforgiveness wounds. Be quick to forgive. People need to be loved the most when they deserve it the least. Jesus urges, “Come to terms quickly with your enemy before it is too late” (Matt 5:25 TLB). The best healing is quick healing.
You can’t get ahead when you’re trying to get even. Don’t be offended; being offended is a strategy of Satan to get you out of the will of God. When we think about an offense, trouble grows; when we think about God, trouble goes.
When you don’t forgive, you’re ignoring how that impacts your destiny. How much more grievous are the consequences of unforgiveness than the causes of it! Douglas Steere warns, “Hate is a prolonged form of suicide.” There’s nothing more pathetic than a person who has harbored a grudge for many, many years.
It’s true . . . The one who forgives, ends the quarrel. Patting a person on the back is the best way to get a chip off their shoulder. Forgive your enemies—you can’t get back at them any other way. Forgiveness saves the expense of anger, the high cost of hatred, and the waste of energy.
There are two marks of a Christian: giving and forgiving. Forgive someone every day. Norman Cousins once wrote, “Life is an adventure in forgiveness.” Every person should have a special cemetery lot in which to bury the faults of friends and loved ones. “To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover the prisoner was you.” (Anonymous)
