Something about friends > lovers > enemies zhonglumi just kinda hits...For the zine, I was tasked with drawing abyss princess lumine ~with zhonglumi flavor~ so I kind of? made an AU where lumine (before becoming the abyss princess) became friends with morax (BC YOU KNOW. HE KNOWS ABOUT THE ABYSS TWIN HE KNOWS!!!!) and then they fell in love but then the war with celestia happened and their relationship went to hell bc they are on opposing sides :(
