omg i hope so. she found her way with this team. i dont think i can handle her getting waived again.

even if they used all her DP games she wouldn’t get waived after that. She would basically just practice with them and get a weekly stipend all season. But I don’t think that’s what the Sparks plan is. I think the fact that they have already played her this much means they plan on moving her to a roster spot at some point. Just don’t know if it will be soon or after her 12 games. May wait until KP is back also so they aren’t waiving someone with her still out.

& yeah, waiting until KP is back actually makes a lot of sense. Kate’s been getting some good minutes so far, so that feels like a pretty good sign

so the WNBA app is saying that its lynn roberts decision to have kate sit, and it will be like that until the game where they will decide if she’s playing or not.

Just like with the injury report, coaches have to declare whether their DP players will be active in a game 2 hours before tipoff. If they aren't declared active they can't play. If they are declared active it counts towards their 12 games whether they play or not. The valkyries have wasted about 4 of Sowah's games on less than 4 minutes of play. 2 games she didn't even see the floor. At least roberts is playing kate
