Flex flex flex
Since this sem started, my goal is to be helpful and conducive in our household chores. I did almost everything except for cooking (hehe, prito lang kaya). And at the same time I wanted to gain weight. As far as I can remember, I was 60kg last September and now I am 68kg. I just wanted to flex how successful I was in attaining my goals.

DIET PLAN ARTWORK
As of now, I'll include more fruits to ensure and maintain the nutrients that I get everyday.
With a simple workout, I've shown one of the principles of training which is the progressive overload. It's a way to ensure the improvement in your exercise as well as capacity.
Done having Bulalo meal and I think I had a two and a half cup of rice.

ANOTHER HEALTHY MEAL
My mother was glad to find out that I'm trying to do healthy food choice that's why she is always including veggies in our meal though I've been doing it ever since.
BLOOD DONOR
For the first time in my life, I donated a 500-ml bag of blood for the father of my cousin-in-law.
My aunties are telling me that it is good for the health so I volunteered. Btw, this picture is in the National Kidney and Transplant Institute.

For how many times this week, our dish is completely better than ever, considering that it consists of go,glow,grow foods.
REMINISCING
Currently missing my active lifestyle as a dancer and a player. It was the peak of my well-being tho'.
I remember the hardwork when we were having a pre-training workout—almost unlimited push-ups, exhausting"tabata", and etc.—that truly pushed us beyond our limits

Since the pandemic, being active became a problem for me because of I'm used to be with friends in order to be active though I'm still trying to stay fit by having healthy food choice and doing chores as well as having exercise with my cousin once in a while.

PHYSICAL FITNESS THOUGHTS
An individual who is eager and persistent to be healthy must be informed on what are the health and skill related components. These essentials are the key factors to consider their physical fitness state. Health Related Components refers to the cardiorespiratory endurance of a person. It includes cardiovascular endurance, the heart's ability to deliver blood to working muscles for a period of time and it ; muscular strength, the extent to which muscles can exert force by contracting against resistance; muscular endurance, muscle's ability to perform sustained work; as well as the flexibility and body composition. It can be assessed by measuring the maximum oxygen uptake (VO2 max) and metabolic equivalent (MET). An apple a day keeps the doctor away but I don't wanna have an apple-shaped body, because it has a tendency to gain more weight in abdomen for having excessive waist, unlike with a pear-shaped body wherein extra pounds are put into hips. On the other hand, skill related components includes agility, balance, coordination, power, reaction time, and speed. These components are acting as a whole, they're intertwining functions of a body. As you remove your balance, or any other components, you'll be having hard time to do a specific work or exercise because of a missing component. Likewise with water and oxygen. Water carries nutrients and oxygen to every cells in our body, it enables us to breathe as it moistens oxygen. It also lubricates our joints allowing our body to function properly. Water and oxygen plays a vital role in the production of energy in our body, making them a big factor in overall performance of it.

Once in a week, I am playing with Pambu, my auntie's dog. She wants me to exhaust her dog to reduce its naughtiness
Usually, we're just walking peacefully, but once he ran suddenly, I'll run too and we're doing it for almost a half hour.
Personal Goals
It's been a couple of weeks since I started blogging my personal way of being healthy—both physically and mentally fit—and though I wasn't sure if my way is fine, I did set a goal and consider doing actual workout for the next days.
SHORT-TERM GOAL
to be conducive to my family by means of doing chores, and to maintain my well-being to avoid illness amidst the pandemic and the rainy season
LONG-TERM GOAL
to gain weight appropriately and to bring back my physically-active lifestyle—since i was a member of a dance crew, varsity team (basketball), and a student council officer—as well as having a healthy food choice
CHALLENGES
Since the pandemic, I became sedentary—almost everyday, I have this monotonous routine of sleeping, eating, and use of smartphone—and it could be bad for my health. Though I'm more of an extrovert person, being more active within a group, I will do my best to do workouts and exercises to achieve my goal.
Though tiring and exhausting, I felt relief as I helped my mama with our clothes.
Household Chores
Since the Pandemic, I've been helping a lot in our daily household chores in order for me to be productive.
This is my routine
I am the one who prepare our rice and washes our dishes the whole day (Daily)
I also washes my clothes every week and recently, I involve my father's clothes in my routine.
I find these activities therapeutic especially dishwashing.
