After some feedback I went with the second design with clothing from the third for my version of needles.Not 100% on the body type, may change it but actually really enjoy the iron maiden like patchwork cloak. I want them to look harmless enough to mug and the needles only revealed when they open their cloak to give a hug.

I'm trying to settle on a design for 'Needles', leaning toward the middle one but wanted to see what other fans imagined this cuddly fellow looks like.

My deadset headcanon is Needles wears crocs.
