-pandora was born to muggles, muggles who were looking forward to the birth of their son. by the time she was 12 she had come out as transgender, which her parents weren’t happy about. they refused to let her transition, but when she got her hogwarts letter, she felt a new sense of freedom. while she was away at school she began living her life how she was meant to. when she was 15 her parents kicked her out of their house when she came home for the summer and wouldn’t let them get away with deadnaming her and using the wrong pronouns.
-when she wasn’t at school pandora sort of.. couch surfed. she slept at friends houses, hotels when she could get the money, or spend the nights riding the trains.
-at hogwarts pandora was sorted into ravenclaw. she’s extremely intelligent and had an infinity for potions from the start. her “career” as an inventor started with her creating potions that assisted in her transitioning.
-she’s a bit quirky, but not the same way that we see luna and xeno as. she’s a bit more logical and down to earth than they are, she’s just always so caught up in what’s going on in her own head to be paying much attention to what’s going on around her.
-despite being a bit aloof at times she’s the type of friend who is like a therapist. she’ll psychoanalyze the shit out of you and tell you how to fix your problems.
-she works now as a spell inventor, often experimenting in her apartment.
-if she isn’t scribbling in her notebook of potion ideas, she’s picking flowers and spending hours with her face pointed towards the sun.
-she loves plants and has her apartment filled with them. other than potions, herbology is her other love.
