Why is pandora hearts, called 'pandora hearts' !!
thinking about 'Pandora Hearts' name, i came up with sth. in ancient greek, pandora was the one who was sent to earth with a box named pandora box. she was told to never open the box, but one day she got curious and when she opened it, all of the evils flew out over the earth. but yk, hope alone remained inside, and that's the only reason humans could continue living, despite all bad things in the world. hope was the only thing that could make this ugly world, which was full of hideous things, beautiful. when i think about it, the whole consept of pandora hearts' story is so similar to this myth. the 'pandora' in pandora hearts reminds me of jack and all the changes he made in the abyss when he did sth he shouldn't have. making abyss somewhere dark and scary. he changed the abyss. he opened the pandora box and freed all the darkness. but hope remained. oz & everyone used that hope to change everything. so the 'hearts' in pandora hearts reminds me of my dear oz, gil, alice, xerxes, sharon, reim, elliot, leo, oscar, echo, ada, vincent and actually EVERYONE else. they were the hearts of this story. THEY were the remained hope. they loved this world. they loved this story. so finally they changed everything and brought that shiny, beautifull abyss (world) back. thinking about ph's name like this gives me mixed feelings man. i wanna sleep and dream of them.
