Every once in a while I think maybe it’s time to scale back my invasive interest in Paul McCartney’s private life. Thankfully Paul McCartney himself just said it’s okay and that in fact I should be trying harder

On a more serious note I do genuinely believe he’s asking to both be taken at his word and for his work to be considered holistically without the baggage of secondhand interpretation (i.e. Beatles biographers and historians).

I also think he’s implicitly asking for his work to be read for innuendo about gay sex. Still being dead serious btw.

Ryan gets so much credit for being the artistic genius behind AFYCSO but genuinely that album is so iconic because of its aesthetic and well. IT WAS SPENCER WHO WAS MOSTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT. IT WAS SPENCER IT WAS ALL SPENCER CAN WE TALK ABOUT SPENCER FOR GOD SAKES

Ok hi guys so as we know, Ryan has appeared with some new finger tattoos:

And I thought they looked like runes. Today I was scrolling through his instagram and saw this here post:

Notice the “Signs & Symbols” book. After some googling I came to the conclusion that it was this book by this author:

And then I found a pdf file thing online of the same book by the same author, just an earlier version. I flipped through it until I got to this page, that has the only thing that looks similar to the tattoos.

Matching up the symbols we can guess that his mean (from index to pinky): flow, harvest, protection, and for the pinky I had to find other rune alphabets but the singular straight line seems to be Ica which stands for ice and represents “standstill”.

this is diabolical on so many levels. sucking face in front of the man that is singing the song he wrote about you and then turning to him, and only him, to immediately justify why because you're still one part of a codependent permanent homoerotic quantum entangled soul bond. paul is trying so hard to be cool but immediately launches into the song only to realize john has used the song to sing about the new person he loves and stops singing mid-sentence. i would kms. heartbreak hard launch singing strawberry fields forever over a bed of newspapers proclaiming john and yoko's love, whilst staring forlornly at john and singing the song paul would later go on to say is quintessential john. they were doing tragedy like no one else
