This is true of the manga, but I love how the anime accentuates the absolute physical trust the apprentices have with Qifrey. Specifically with Agott, the way she is so ready when Qifrey says “hang on tight, I need my hands free” to cling to him a mile into the sky, and then in the latest episode, how, as soon as she impacts Qifrey while flying to him, she makes no move to save herself, she just curls into him and trusts that he will keep them from falling.

And I think it works as a signal to the audience, to subtly go “hey, I know we don’t trust Qifrey right now, he’s being shady, but we can always trust him to protect the physical wellbeing of his kids. Remember that.” Idk man maybe I’m getting too attached to a teeny detail but aaaaaaghhhh that’s her dad.

but isn't everything a product at this point? even musicians? The music industry (therefore their team) from the get go makes me become that, a product. Yes and no. I didn't mean that in terms of the charts, I meant that in terms of the music. Like, BTS as an entity literally comes from an organization that produces KPOP bands like products in order to make money. So the music was founded and often comes from a place of being a "hit factory" - and One Direction was kinda similar. Whereas most artists produce music as an artform and THEN think about how to make it a hit and market and promote it. There's a difference in the thought process as the music is being made.

I'm sorry but swifties are so fucking gross towards BTS for absolutely no reason. As someone on both sides, swifties vote ARMYS VOTEEEEE, there's no competition there if they both showed up and Taylor won a voted award against them it would be laughable you can very clearly see the stats on ig alone there was no competition.

Also, they gave them AOTY and Summer song (and kpop male, and btw I know it's a kpop fan sending this ask lmao) not "all the awards" just the rightful awards that they deserved. Their album has the biggest sales week for this year, 3 weeks at number one and still top 10, SWIM is still top 10 on spotify despite huge album drops. Remained the number one most streamed album for weeks on Apple Music, their stadium tour is sold out everywhere, with the dates they have now it's projected to make +1.5B and they havent's announced their 2027 dates which will include even larger stadiums because their picks were impacted by sports events.

The nom was perfectly fair, and the win was obvious given that ARMYS always show the fuck up. And constantly acting like award shows are super great any time Taylor wins, and suck any time she loses is embarassing and in this case racist, as per usual given that some pretty big swiftie blogs loooooove being racist towards BTS who have done NOTHING to Taylor, and the most they've got is that they have fun songs like Dynamite while some of Taylor's biggest singles like Shake it Off are also just fun.

Here's a silly idea just to throw in my two cents, while the song for Toy Story has to be original to get an Oscar, maybe it's both a debut TV song AND an original song. It could be an old idea that got reworked for the movie thus making it a vault track and an original song for the sountrack, which could act as a single for the debut album
