video game challenge: [4/7] male characters – Astarion (Baldur's Gate 3)

This is the first time in 200 years I've seen these streets in the sunlight. You can forget just how much color there is in the world.

Welcome to my annual: Are you too suffering under a heatwave?painting. I started this while Europe was being slowly boiled in the oven but was at the time still working on the Frogweave piece. So this is a little late for the heatwave that inspired it, but I am sure the next one is upon us soon. No matter the temperatures, I hope you enjoy this cooling drink with Gale and the trauma blondes.

This time around it even comes a soundtrack to set the mood:

I like my original sketch for this one. I am not sure if you can even recognize anything in this. Shadowbabe pretty much stayed the same but initially I wanted to have Astarion snuggle up closer to Gale. Unfortunately this never quite worked with the placement of the heart-straws over Gale's sternum, so they will have to snuggle another time.
