@paperlessreading
spent the afternoon pressing flowers!!
anyone else partially prefer “old-fashioned” romances to modern ones BECAUSE OF the lack of physical contact? i love to see physical intimacy take the form of an ungloved hand or a finger brushing a stray curl. it makes everything seem so charged, breathtaking, vibrant.
or am i just hooked on darcy’s hand flex who knows
Hello and welcome to my new sideblog! ♡
I’m making this bookblr because none of my snapchat friends have any idea what I’m talking about when I post about the books that I’m reading, lol. I know that there is a whole community on here and I’m excited to get to connect with people who are reading/have read the same books.
I like reading a variety of genres but currently I’ve been on a mission to read all of Jane Austen’s books. I’m already in love tho and I plan on posting about Austen alot. You’ve been warned...
I'm thinking that this blog is going to mostly consist of text posts of my thoughts, reactions, and reviews, as well as reblogs (and maybe even the occasional photo if I take some) but idk, we'll see where it goes.
My blog name is paperlessreading because I frequently use my kindle, listen to audiobooks, and pick up books from the library. I rarely ever purchase books, especially if I haven’t read it before.
But anyway, I’m very excited for this blog and I can’t wait to post! ♡
Classic Literature Fan: Origin Story
Spring 2018, Junior Year: Watched Atonement and read parts of the book (Page to Screen Elective).
Spring 2018, Junior Year: Watched Becoming Jane. I liked the first part of Atonement and wanted more of that (I watched it for free on Youtube where it looks like a living room and the movie plays on the tv).
Summer 2018, Senior Year: Read Jane Eyre (AP Summer Assignment). I hated that book and it turned me off from reading any other classic lit books until I saw this...
Summer 2020, College: This meme was the sole reason for my peaked interest in classic lit.
Summer 2020, College: Watched Northhanger Abbey. I acciedentally watched it without reading first cause I didn’t know it was a book. Now I’m obsessed with Austen’s books and I’m looking for more classics to read after I finish Austen.
