hello off campus nation, how we feeling?

hey everyone! i decided to make this post to let everyone know i’ve decided not to make a new blog. honestly, my real life is still off the rails and i have been focused on taking care of myself and spending time with my grandma who has early onset alzheimer’s and my grandpa and just… being on indie isn’t my priority right now. i was coming back because i have been feeling lonely and i miss my friends that are here but i don’t have the energy to be here anymore. i do miss writing, but the idea of doing so here is incredibly overwhelming and i’d just be making up excuses and end up owning five hundred things again which isn’t fair to anyone so yeah. i think my time on indie has come to another end. as always, you can find me on discord at lizzyelmsworth (though i have been less active there) and we can always chat or write there. i know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but i’d love to have a way to stay in touch with you all. but if not, i still want everyone to know you’ll always be in my heart. i have so many good memories from indie and i’ll always be grateful for all of you — even the people who were part of the not so great memories, because you taught me a lot too. anyway, i hope you all have a wonderful holiday season and that 2026 is the best year of your lives yet. thank you for everything. much love! manu 💟
