I’ve been working on this one for the last few days, think I’m finally happy with the colours and composition!

The boat image was from Unsplash, and the stars from NASA, the rest is a blend of my own photographs and a few textures from my course materials.

This is one part of a long term project to illustrate nursery rhymes with photo art, I’m hoping to get the main backgrounds prepared so that I can slip in the children I photograph to offer personalised nursery rhyme style images.

Unfortunately the sheep I had on hand didn’t quite have the right lighting to make this work perfectly, but the overall layout is slowly improving! Time to go and photograph some more sheep...

Sunset over the pool at Ban Sabai hostel, Bangkok

Since the screen broke on my laptop I haven’t been able to process or post any of my photos from Thailand until I returned this morning. Got 3 weeks of photos to sift through and post. This was the view from the rooftop pool at the hostel we stayed in for the first few nights.
