so im pretty satisfied with my new blogs for now!! since im gonna be busy tonight, ill make the posts officially announcing them tomorrow. BUT like this post if you want me to go ahead and follow you from my new hub early :3
update on what ive been doing:
im in the process of moving all my muses to sides connected to a single hub account. ive reorganized a lot of them, and even added a few new ones! i did all this because… well, trying to keep track of multiple accounts has become overwhelming for me, and i really like the way i reorganized them. :3
once ive got everything at least mostly finished, im going to make a post linking each blog and explaining where everyone was moved to, so keep an eye out for it! idk when ill post it but s o o n…

his younger half sibling swung her feet over the edge of the castle wall and started kicking it, biting the inside of her lower lip while she thought of a way to respond.
the simple quality of a secret was laying on the tip of her tongue, fighting for dear life to stay intact. sindri wanted to tell cody about her dreams but could she trust him? maybe the stars will have an answer. she looks up at each twinkle and explosion of light above them, enthralled in their beautiful existence.
they give her an answer and before she starts she would rest both her hands formally in her lap. a childlike wonder to her gaze down toward the ground,
“ sometimes i don’t either, ” she says, “ but there is this… spirit taking on the appearance of a wolf, it protects me from nightmares, so i am not afraid when they happen. ”
“ it started out as a few spirits visiting me in my sleep when i was a toddler, but this one… feels different. i can not put my finger on it. ”
sindri shakes the grim look from her face and glances back to her brother, “ is it the same for you? ”
A subtle glance of recognition crosses his features, one that he tries to hide. Cody had known the significance of the wolf since he was a young child. Unlike her, he’d spent a considerable amount of time with Solas in the years before he’d vanished.
There began a war in his mind, tell the truth or lie. Which would her mother prefer, if his sister did not already know? Did he dare reveal information she might not be ready for?
Words fail him for a moment; he opens and closes his mouth again searching for them. “My biggest threat has always been demons of terror and despair. Perhaps the wolf is friendly, or perhaps not. Regardless, I would be wary in the Fade,” he responds finally, and his voice speaks from experience. “Especially with things that seem drawn to you.”
Especially the wolf, he wants to tell her. He might break your heart and leave you with no one but near-strangers to help you pick up the pieces. Then again, what else could he have expected from a trickster?

His legs burned with exertion, but adrenaline fueled him further onward, away from the angry yelling men chasing him. His eyes darted from the ground to the branches around him and back again--to trip now would be a dangerous mistake.
The man he saw next was massive and scary-looking, and Cody darted to hide behind him, hoping perhaps that even proximity to him would scare them off. Cody said nothing, too breathless to explain, and just pointed in the direction of the harsh voices coming quickly closer.

The enforcer stood idly by, watching with deep focus when Cody approached the spy. His motions were quick and determined, it was the preferable way to rid the Pack of the unworthy. Some Whisperers remained gathered around, watching the younger man with curiosity as he froze up, others swiftly lost interest and departed elsewhere. Beta’s head slanted to the side before he frowned slightly.
Two lumbering strides were made towards his son. He’d seen this before; the freeze. It often occurred with newcomers that were unsure of their morality when it came to not only killing, but killing one of their own kind. He nudged Cody’s shoulder, growling. “Stop it. She is watching,” his gaze flickered to Alpha.
The expression of content and now approval was undoubtfully noticeable. Beta knew what that meant for Cody, as not many were granted such a reaction from their leader. With the reassurance of his Alpha’s silent judgement, he spoke “You did well. Now we must bring him to the guardians.”
Cody blinked, the nudge shaking him from his thoughts of frozen panic. Only then did he notice he’d dropped the knife. His eyes wandered from the knife to Beta, daring a half-second glance at Alpha. He accidentally locked eyes with her and backed out of it instantly, a mixed feeling of anxiety and pride over her expression. His remained blank and neutral.
He didn’t want to speak anymore, couldn’t bring any words to his lips even if he wanted to. All he offered was a nod of acknowledgement and set to work, hoisting the body over his shoulder like he’d seen Beta do so many times before. Beta could do it easily, he knew. Beta could carry two without a sweat. But Beta was the biggest, strongest person Cody had ever known. Cody on the other hand was a lot smaller.
It took him a moment to lift the body, and he rose to his full height with legs wobbling from the weight of it, but Alpha was most likely still watching, and he refused to ask for help, wanting to prove himself to her even more. He was self-reliant, always, and after a few shaky steps he carried it just fine, heading away from the camp and toward the herd.
anybody else getting a dash view that takes up the whole middle of their screen instead of off to the side because i just got jumpscared when looking at replies
