I’m not back, I’m sorry to say. I’m far too busy these days to spend any time here. The post from last night has been scheduled for a long time to remind me to go look for something I had stored away. It’s like a time capsule, of sorts. But, I think it’s pretty safe to say that this will be my last ever post on tumblr dot com. However, this doesn’t mean I’m beyond reach. If anyone that I used to talk to on here would like to stay in touch, send me a private message and I’ll come back and check them sometime in the future. I’ve got Facebook, Twitter, Nintendo Network, PSN, XBL, and Steam accounts. Let’s play some video games together soon.

PS. This new tumblr interface is horrible. It took me forever to figure out how to make this reply work, and I ended up just doing it manually. Great to be back. See you soon.

Does anyone know why Tecmo Koei shows up in the credits for Super Smash Bros for 3DS? The only explanations I can think of are that they’re crediting them for the time Takamaru showed up in Samurai Warriors 3, and maybe his design and sound clips are from that game, or there’s mention of Hyrule Warriors in the game in some form. But I’m not sure.

I realized the answer to this question and I'm embarrassed by how long it took. It's because of Metroid: Other M being the Metroid game they took most of their design choices from.

Fire Emblem Awakening / Super Smash Bros story. Rough Draft, but I will probably never write any more to it.

Cynthia, Owain, and Morgan decide that, as the Justice Cabal, they should be allowed to participate in the Smash Bros tournament too. Robin and Lucina tell them that only the best fighters get selected. Chrom is visibly irritated. *flashback to Chrom fighting with Robin as backup during tryouts, and the Hands just pick Robin and Lucina instead.* 

The Cabal decide to try to force themselves in, so the three of them jump through the Outrealm Gate and talk Anna into landing them at the Smash Headquarters. They crash a board meeting between Sakurai and the Hands and are promptly told that there are too many Fire Emblem reps already. *pointing to Roy on a security camera who has been coming there every day for almost 8 years* "JUST LET ME TALK TO SAKURAI!" "YOU NEED TO LEAVE THE WEAPON AT THE DOOR, SIR!" says a Waddle Dee security guard. Besides, they're not significant enough to be invited to the tournament, Crazy Hand rudely points out.

The Cabal decides that if they can't be in the Smash Tournament, they'll make their own. Waluigi was sitting in the lounge outside to contest his status as an Assist Trophy and overhears, so he decides to make his own tournament too, and then decides that's stupid and offers to be the Mario Representative in the Justice Cabal tournament. They use the Outrealm Gate to go between other Nintendo worlds to recruit other participants. Waluigi splits off and goes to other worlds because "no one can resist his charm".

They first venture to the Punch-Out world, and decide to watch a Boxing match as reconnoisance. After a match featuring Bald Bull, Owain stands up in the middle of the crowd and rips off his shirt, screaming at Bald Bull that if Owain defeats him a fight, then he has to represent Punch-Out in the Justice Cabal tournament. Owain jumps into the ring and gets in an almost accurate martial arts stance. Morgan had been reading up on the regulations of boxing and yells to Owain that not only does he not know the rules and is violating them, he is also going to be destroyed. Meanwhile, Cynthia cheers him on. Bull basically annihilates Owain in about 45 seconds. Owain mutters something about "Heroes never give up" but no one can tell because his face is too swollen. He collapses and Cynthia jumps in the ring and starts to use wrestling moves on Bull. Security throws the Cabal out soon after.

The crew heads to Hoenn where they decide that whatever Pokemon they catch will fight in the tournament. They cross paths with Waluigi again who got sidetracked and started challenging the gyms. They decide that they should have a Pokemon Battle and Waluigi whips out the only Pokemon he has caught so far: Nosepass. Everyone laughs at him because of their similar appearance. The Nosepass is around level 50 because it's the only Pokemon that has gotten any experience and it wrecks the Cabal's Pokemon that they had caught.

That's all I have so far.

I wrote a draft of a dumb fan-fiction the other day. It's about Owain, Cynthia, and male Morgan going on a big stupid adventure through some other Nintendo worlds by using the Outrealm Gate. I think I'm gonna post it, but it's just a short rough draft.

People are freaking out about the Pikmin short films because it looks like Olimar ate a Pikmin. No one seems to realize that he named them Pikmin because they resembled his favorite food: Pikpik Carrots. Whoops sorry to ruin the surprise of the film.
