      The half saiyan quickl moved from the blast. His brows narrow deeper. He could tell the other was slightly upset. The other half was doing this for pure fun. Gohan was disgusted, “So, you don’t want to talk, do you?”

     It had been so long since he had seen Gohan it felt like an entire year had slipped away, but he was just too happy at the moment that he smiled brightly in the embrace. 

          “How have you been? Good i hope!”

     One hand rubbed the back of his neck, while the other was tightly holding the Namekian. Gohan was rather happy to see that huge bright smile on his face. It made his own grow, “I’ve been well, thanks. I do hope you have been fairing well, too!”

     Azure eyes widen at the feeling of Dende colliding into his taller form. A light chuckle came from the half saiyan, “Dende, it’s great to seeyou, too.”

“Yeah, yeah,” she says, her hand pointedly pressing harder against her side. Frankly it would probably be better and faster if they flew, but it’d surely scare the kid. That, and she doesn’t know exactly where he’s headed. “How long ‘til we get there?”

      He looked over his shoulder again, “Not too long now. We’re almost  there.” he shot her a smile. Gohan pointed just up ahead. There was a  small home. Small and cozy, “When we get inside, just relax in a chair,  I’ll go find the first aid kit.”

Of course she doesn’t look fine. Nonetheless, she’d been hoping the kid would take her word for it and let her be. Though… the last thing she needs is to attract attention by flying to the nearest city with a bloody side. Mara sighs.

“…Fair enough. I can take care of it myself just fine when I get there, but— lead the way?”

     With a firm nod, he lead the way to the small home. He went at a  steady pace. For Gohan didn’t want to push the woman too much. She was bleeding, “I’m sure you already know, but you need to put pressure on that. You can’t lose anymore blood than you already have.”

Though now in a time without the Androids’ reign, she still can’t forget and she still can’t keep herself in check. The brawl hadn’t been as long as she’d like, and in the middle of the kicking ass one of them had managed to knife her.

It provides a rush, even now, and though she’d like to relish it she needs to get it treated before the blood loss becomes too much. At the question, she offers the child her best attempt at a smile.

“I’m fine, kid. …Happen to know where the nearest clinic is?”

     Round azure eyes spotted the wound. He blinked. Fine? She didn’t look fine, “Sorry ma’am, but you don’t look fine,” he rubbed the back of his head. He hate to be the bringer of horrible news, “You’re al the way in the mountains. It’s gonna be a long way to the city. My mom could’ve patched ya up if we were there. But, my dad has a house nearby, I can help you patch that up. It looks pretty nasty.”
