First off, I'd like to thank everyone who took the time to read the story, and I especially want to thank those who commented – it really helped. I'll go into the updates as soon as the new story link is up.

I'm also still open to learning what you think of the story, so don't be shy.

Sins of the Crown: A sisters descent is a Fantasy/Sci-fi story by Pariah where your choices control the story.

Play as male, female non-binary; gay, straight, bisexual or asexual

Romance 8 distinct characters with their own ideals, morals and agendas

Discover the truth of your space faring ancestors or cover up what you find

Use your elemental powers and weapons to mow through your enemies or instead go with a more silent approach. If you don't like either you can try to talk your way out.

And above all learn to doubt everything

This is an update to the story files. It should contain the whole of Omega and the start of Justice.

Please note, however, that this update is only playable with (Killian/Rauk/Echo (M)). No other combinations are accessible.

Spoilers (Minor rant)

Although (Killian/Rauk/Echo (M)) are the base I have found myself writing other characters' scenes first sometimes. Like I wrote Echo (F) and Ermes's fight scene first before going back to write Echo (M). And right now, I have Isona's Justice ending planned out more than Killian's because of how brutal I'd like to make it.

The visuals for Justice are also not in the update as I would like to pay for it and the following chapters at the same time when the time rolls around. I put them under spoilers because it feels kind of spoilery if you haven't finished Omega

The next update should be ready on 12/8/2025. This will be update 2/3 for Omega. From there, it shouldn't be far from the end.

General update

Hi everyone, I hope you are well.

A major update should be coming on 29 June.

Please note this isn't like the previous updates where I set a date and then try to get it done by then. All scenes and the game files are ready, it's just a scheduling thing now and having to keep certain promises.

This update should move the story along and will be part 1 of 3 for this chapter.

Please also note as of writing it has not been implemented yet but certain scenes may be locked behind your relationship with a character. These checks won't be impossible but they will be tight so pay close attention to who you spend time with.

Update pushed back

Hi everyone, I hope you are well.

I've had to push back all updates because honestly, I've been struggling.

Ever since finishing Omega for Killian/Rauk/Echo (M) I've just had a hard time getting into the other character's heads and some of them were starting to sound too much like their counterparts in certain scenes.

The news above though is a little old and I've comfortably gotten back into it. I can only give a rough estimate as of writing that the update will be before the end of the month though. Sorry for the inconvenience.

For those who would like a bit more details about what exactly is missing.

I just read your IF and it's.. SPECTACULAR. I really liked the plot, especially the RO I liked the most was Killian… a transparent soul. I just started creating an IF and it's going to take a lot of work… Could you give me some advice? Thanks.

I’d also like to wish you luck on your IF. I hope it turns out as fantastic as you envision 😀

In terms of advice I'm still trying to understand everything myself so I can't give you a lot and it might even be useless but these two things have kept me going.

You should always be enjoying what you are writing. You should be excited for your next scene, next sentence and the next revelation. Once you stop being excited your writing tends to suffer.

And with that comes the next piece of advice, which relates to the first one, and that is to be careful of burnout. Writing like you are possessed is awesome but you will hit a wall that you might not come back from so take breaks when you feel like your creativity is slowing down, sooner rather than later.

I love how Killian has become the best RO by the looks of it. I thought he’d suffer the most but I’m happy to be wrong. 

I haven’t given an update date as I’d like the next update to actually move the story along more than the previous one. So far I’m pushing for the 20th but I won’t be able to confirm that until closer to the date.

I'm going to start with the question you asked regarding bi/straight characters in a previous question.

They essentially start out straight but if your MC is the same gender they can become bisexual down the line.

In terms of Generative AI, I have stated before that it's for fun and these are in no way, shape or form official. I'd like to hire an actual artist down the line but those are plans for the future. I have also stated that generative AI just can't get them right. You'll see it the most with Liira and Saber as they are missing key features which is something that irks me sometimes. Echo F and M are straight-up impossible to generate with the amount of things happening in their descriptions as well.

I just wanted clarify these things but I do respect your stance though and hope you have a lovely day 😀

Please also note I do sometimes use Grammarly, when it's not breaking, to help me with punctuation and spelling in Docs as well.

General Update

A look at where I am with writing. The current update has about 4k words in total but I've gotten to about 14k at this point and that is with Killian/Rauk/Echo (M) scenes written alone.

I'm curious which variants and combo of characters people are looking forward to.

Chapter 2 is meant to slow things down again and focus on the characters' interactions with each other and the MC, like how Rauk agrees with Echo's (F) ideas but doesn't like the way she goes about them or how Killian and Echo (M) are a disaster waiting to happen.

For your MC we will keep those under wraps for now.
