Kevin shrugged slightly. “What? I like the casual look.” He wasn’t entirely sure what to do. He usually got ignored or his flirting was reciprocated but he’d never been completely shot down. He really shouldn’t care. It didn’t really matter whether or not girls liked him, because he wasn’t into girls. But it also did matter. It was confusing. “I was just trying to be nice.”

James knew the other hated reality shows, she would always decline most offers to go on tv which he found rather odd. She had so much talent yet not that many people really know her personality. “To be honest..” his voice trails off, looking at the flight of stairs. “I’m not too sure myself– but I’m sure its somewhere upstairs.” he furrows a brow and begins dragging her suitcase with him to the second level. “I’m surprised you’re here by the way–did your management force you or something?” he quirks a brow, questioning the other’s decision. He himself was forced onto the show, but so far, things we’rent going so bad.

“So much for getting a good and reliable tour guide,” Haneul rolled her eyes playfully before following the male. Even if James wasn’t sure about it, it would be better to get lost with him rather than by herself. From the outside it looked like the house was huge. “Exactly that. Something about Perri needing a female on the show. I’m not sure... why they chose me. Especially when there were willing artists.” In reality, she was on the show because her own comeback would be happening. Something about Perri wanting her to be more active with promoting her new song in the future and to actually go on music programs, much to her lack of interest in that.

“Ah, Perri. Considering I hear a lot of good things about Radio Activ, you must be doing well.” Truthfully, Jae never listened to any music outside of his company. He usually reviewed potential comeback tracks or old tracks to get inspired on how the artists could improve their sound. “You know of James?” Jae wasn’t sure if this was good recognition or her simply questioning the company due to his latest scandal.

“Hm,” She shrugged. It was clear he didn’t pay attention to those outside of his own company; she didn’t really need to spend more time on this topic with someone who didn’t really know what they were speaking about. “He and I met when he was still underground during high school.” She replied, a grin on her face. “You know, before he ditched me and became a ‘leader of one of South Korea’s biggest boy groups’.” The same words she heard him say when he first debuted. She found the idea of him being an idol in a group funny, but it also made her proud he was successful.

“I don’t know, you tell me. I just hear of a lot of underground rappers…disliking idols.” He’d attempted to choose his words carefully but was extremely intimidated by the look he’d received from the woman. “That’s interesting. Under what company, may I ask?” Now was the time for Jae to act professional. “I’m the newly declared CEO of ACE Entertainment.” It was still really weird to hear the words coming out of his own mouth.

“I work with idols, I don’t necessarily think like that,” She said with a grin. Haneul was more than aware of underground artists questioning idols. With such an oversaturated industry, it was hard to take some people seriously. “Perri Entertainment. Producer for Radio Activ mostly.” She nodded, raising an eyebrow. “Oh. The company James is under. Nice.”

He could see her obvious discomfort, but it was a common reaction amongst most of the new guests. “Well, that sounds hella boring, welcome to this place..where drama gets ten times more fucked up.” he whispers his last bit, not wanting the mic to pick up on his curses. “But anyways, welcome. The place is pretty rad, so I’m pretty sure you’ll enjoy most of the stuff.” James hasn’t seen the other in a while, so seeing her now was pretty much a blessing for him. And honestly, the few times he’s actually had the opportunity to work with her, he had treasured them till today. She had talent, no doubt about it.

“Perfect, I always wanted to be on another show with a bunch of drama,” She said, a dramatic sigh at the end. There was a reason she didn’t go on variety shows or anything after her first taste at reality TV. Malicious editing can do wonders to make or break someone’s career. “Well Mister Idol, where is room twenty two?” She asked, waving the slip of paper she was given upon her arrival.
