So I wouldn’t normally post about this here, but my favorite webseries, All For One, is fundraising for a second season on Indiegogo and unfortunately it has a long way to go still and this is really important

This show:

is a very queer, feminist retelling of The Three Musketeers

is super fun

has mostly female characters, most of whom are wlw and/or woc

canon bisexual protagonist! who describes herself as bisexual out loud, on screen, early on in the series, and has canon romances with two people of different genders!

also ace, demisexual, and nb representation

they’ve said season 2, if it happens, will be even queerer!

one of the actors just came out as trans and they’ve confirmed that his character will also becoming out as trans this season and “part of Ariana’s season two story will stem from exploring what it means for him to be a transman in a sorority”

please let this story get told it can’t happen unless the campaign gets funded

no one dies but there are swords and nerf guns and stupid plans and other shenanigans

ok look representation aside this is a really cute and fun series

look I’ve watched and loved a bunch of literary-inspired webseries including lizzie bennet diaries and carmilla but. all for one is the best imo. most fun, best diverse representation, and best use of transmedia and the literary-inspired webseries format. they even did a LIVE episode with actual viewer interaction (and will do another in SEASON 2. IF IT HAPPENS.)

In equally great news, we are excited to share a very recent development. We’ve been able to secure an alternative financing source for S2, so it’s looking like we won’t have to raise the full $55,000 crowdfunding goal in order to make season two happen! We’re in contact with Indiegogo to see what this means for the campaign.

HOWEVER, we’re still not quite at where we need to be in order for the crowdfunding to cover the remaining gap. So your job isn’t over quite yet, but things are looking promising.
