Not noticing the aberrant until the girl pushed her out of the way, she attached a maneuver gear cable onto the branch of a tree and let that catch her while the other girl went back to kill the abnormal beast. “Crap, I need to watch out…” Eri shook her head warily at the close call with a slight, humorless, laugh. She then retracted the cable and climbed up onto the branch, watching as the aberrant dissipated after her fellow soldier slaughtered it. Once the girl came back over to her, Eri gave her a smile. “Yeah, I’m alright.” She nodded. “You sure know your way around a Titan.” Laughing, she couldn’t help but survey the area for anymore, satisfied when she saw none.

She scratched the back on her neck when she saw the green smoke in the air, wondering if she was going to be told off by the rest of her squad for wandering off. The woman honestly didn’t mean it, she thought they were right behind her. Maybe her sense of direction was off. “I guess we can go back now…By the way, what’s your name?”

As Nari attached her gear to the same branch the girl was now on, and maneuvered her way there the brunette gave her a nod and confirmed of being alright. “You sure know your way around a Titan.” She then added with a laugh, which Nari responded to with a small. "Finished as number one" Nari replied casually, explaining why she was as skilled as she was rather then showing off. Nari was not the kind of person to show off. Never. All she cared about was to use this skill she has and win for humanity's sake.

"Park Nari" The dark haired girl then replied to the others question. "And you are?" She asked before signaling the girl to move ahead and maneuvered her way in the air toward the rest of the girls team; always looking behind her and around to make sure nothing goes wrong.

Kill One, More Come ❘❘ Eri & Nari

Not far off from the two 5M titans came another pair…two 7M Titans. What was with the Titans and pairs today? The woman bit her lip, knowing for sure that she needed to retreat. Getting ready to move away, she paused when a figure landed on the branch in front of her. It was someone else, a girl. A sigh of relief almost coming to her for having reinforcements, Eri watched as the girl gave her a smile and went in to kill the 7M titans. With agile, she had managed to kill one, the Titan’s hands flying up to it’s neck before falling on the ground dead.

Making a note to thank the girl after, Eri decided that it was a good time to deal with the 5M Titans that had just noticed what was going on. They seemed to have their attention on the fallen Titan and the girl, giving her a distraction to take them off guard. Quickly maneuvering from branch to branch on her way to them, she hopped off one last branch before heading straight toward the back of one. Making a slice in the nape of it’s neck, she jumped off it’s back to kill the other one. As the second one fell, she used her gear to latch on the branch of the tree near the girl and jumped on it. Now the only one that was left was the last 7M Titan, at least she hoped.

After Nari have killed the first Titan the other girl seemed to be in relief and had her confidence back, since the moment it fell down the brunette maneuvered over and took out a 5M Titan which was distracted by Naris previous actions. She girl sliced the Titan off and jumped on the branch near Nari. Now the last one seen was the other 7M Titan. The moment the girl landed next to her Nari took the chance and maneuvered to a high point on the tree across them from the right; flying over the 7M Titan, making a double cut at the Titans neck before landing off on that branch. Quickly Nari looked around to scout for any more of these nature freaks, yet they didn't seem to be around. Nari was just about to call it over when an aberrant Titan caught her attention; jumping from tree to tree, heading toward them, just behind the brunette. Naris eyes widen in surprise and she quickly maneuvered over to the girl, catching her in a hug and flied away just before the aberrant arrived. Without saying a word Nari just hissed and let go of the girl. She jumped down and avoided the abberants grip just to cut off his legs, which made him lose his grip of the tree and he fall down. Ever so quickly, without even blinking, Nari jumped down; cutting the abberants nape before using her gear to clutch into a branch and flying up. "Are you okay?" She then asked, looking at the other girl; before noticing the green signal fire in the air. "Mission done" She spoke up merely to herself.

Kill One, More Come ❘❘ Eri & Nari

Her eyes set on a 7M titan, Eri couldn’t help but feel amused at how different some of them were from others. This particular one was prancing around the forest like Little Red Riding Hood on her way to grandma’s house, only it was a male titan. It actually looked innocent, believe it or not. How wrong that was. Pressing her lips together, she concentrated on the task at hand and readied herself for combat. Jumping off of the large branch that she was standing on, the woman glided through the air with her maneuver gear towards the titan. Before it could turn around, a swift cut to the center of the neck was made and it fell to the ground with a thud. Eri landed on another branch and looked around as the titan began to die, eyebrows raised. Had she ventured away from her other team mates? Jeez, Eri…Good job. She scolded herself, shaking her head.

The sound of footsteps sounded through the forest and birds flew out of the trees. From a short distance away, she could see two 5M titans coming her way. They were shorter than the tree she was standing on, so for now she was safe. Maybe she could attack when got a little closer? Trying to formulate a plan in her head, she waited until the titans got closer before taking off to battle them. She used more gas than usual to fly faster, avoiding one of the titans grasp when it reached for the brunette, and struck the titan with her blade. Wasting no time, as the other one was beginning to turn to her, Eri took out that one as well. But, more footsteps warned her that it wasn’t the end. Two more titans were coming. Why me? Thinking of retreating back to find her other team mates, Eri maneuvered a few trees back.

She’d need some help.

"Nice to have you with us, Nari. We sure can use your skills" The tall man spoke up and Nari offered a slight bow of her head. She couldn't quite remember who he was; name of exact rank. "Look, we've already sent a team to the forest to deal with the Titan there… They could use your help…" The last part of the sentence he mumbled merely to himself "You know what? Just get over them and shadow them from afar, if they seem to be in need of help, jump in" "Yes sir!" Nari gave him a firm nod and saluted her hand on her chest, before running off.

When Nari arrived at the scene the team sent out was dealing with one 5M class Titan and another 7M class Titan; they were all pretty skillful and had the job done quickly. Their strategy was simple; 2 of them distracted the Titans while the others striked the first of them, and then the 2 whom striked became the center of the other Titans attention and the other two striked. Nari shadowed them from a high spot on a tree, safe from getting noticed by one of these tall freaks. Yet once she set eyes on the team she noticed a missing person. Usually in troops like these there were 5 people operating. Nari furrowed her eyebrows and skillfully used her 3D maneuver gear to find the missing person. A girl. When Nari arrived a few safe trees away the girl was finishing off a 7M Titan. Nari watched her over, while the other seemed to be doing just fine on her own. As another two 5M Titans came her way the girl didn't lose her cool and hurried off to battle; once again, winning them over.

But then a few more loud footsteps were clearly heading her way. More Titans. That's when the girl realized she needed help and maneuvered a few steps back. That was Naris Q. She quickly maneuvered her way to the branch directly across from the one the brunette girl was standing on and flashed her a quick smile. Then they arrived two 7M class Titans, walking off together like a happy twisted couple, with their wicked smiles. Without waiting Nari maneuvered over above their heads just to land behind them on a thick branch and catching onto one of the Titans nape with her gear, before flying over them diagonally; slicing at one of their napes before jumping off to the other, finishing him off with a neat double slice and returning to the branch.
