The MCU is heading in a quite sad direction. People are so predictable: “they cancelled it because of viewership,” “they are moving away from TV.” My God, it was renewed, loved by critics, and received an Emmy nomination. The same goes for people justifying Steve coming back because it attracts old fans; if you can’t see that Sam is being deliberately sidelined and that they are mistreating their Black characters on purpose, I don’t know what to say.

I believe Marvel is clearly catering to a specific type of fan those who can’t handle any women, queer characters, or characters of colour. Just look at the Doomsday lineup.
