Rep PRs are poppin off right now only 1.5 months since socal open. DL: 415 for 5 425 for 5 (5lbs under my single pr) bench: 195 for 6 last pause was nonexistent.. but i was starting to crack up at the barking haha. been lifting some weights lately! and gaining some weight, I'm around 145.5 now, and looking to get up to 150. bench: 225 single went well. 5lb under competition pr and 15 under "gym" pr. will be going for 235 soon. 8 week course just ended, which i started to work on last week haha (why do i do this to myself).. next week im gonna schedule myself full time at my internship, and probably accept a contract with chegg (cant say no they pay a lot).. im not worried about overworking myself, im just worried i might be doing it to avoid thinking and feeling sad mainly..

Competed in my first powerlifting meet yesterday! Weighed in at 141lbs, competed in 66kg junior, here's my best lifts Squat: 150kg/330.7lb Bench: 105kg/231.5lb Deadlift: 195kg/430lb I also hit a 110kg/242.5lb bench which is the second bench vid, but I was redlighted for a technical error (butt lifted off the bench). Overall really happy with my progress this first year of training despite some back injuries a few months ago (why I squatted highbar), and looking forward to many more PRs soon!
