Assignment 1

I am relatively new to statistics and especially statistical software so I stare at the SAS screen right now feeling pretty stupid :) I chose to work with Gapminder data sets since I come from a social science background and figured I might be more familiar with terms and/or notions. Here is what I came up with: My main research question will be the correlation between income per person and suicide rates. The secondary questions will focus around how other factors such as alcohol consumption or unemployment rates correlate with or influence suicide rates.

So far I failed to turn the data sets into a graph. Still trying to make it work
