It’s December already and I’m sorry about that, anon, but here’s some belated Diamaru content!
Who gets excited about Halloween in July:Dia won’t admit it, but she feels a sense of amazement and joy during Halloween! (She did carve pumpkins to resemble Aqours, after all~)
Who starts wearing sweaters and scarves on the first day of September and completely overheats:Hanamaru! The poor girl can’t handle cold weather at ALL!
Who thrives in Fall/Who prefers Summer and warm weather:Hanamaru definitely prefers summer! Dia doesn’t mind the fall or cold weather all that much. She’s rather fond of winter fashion because it’s more elegant than casual summer wear, anyway.
Who thinks the other looks so cute when they’re cold and trying to fight it with 50 sweaters:Dia can’t help but be amused when Hanamaru comes rolling in with her 50 layers, but she tries hard to keep herself together and to keep Maru upright!
Who offers the other their jacket:Dia would if necessary, but Maru always has multiple jackets available tbh
Who doesn’t want to get out of bed in the morning because it’s too cold and has to run from the warm covers to the shower:During the day, after she’s awake and adequately clad to prepare for the weather, Dia can handle the cold. However, early in the morning when she’s still bleary-eyed and vulnerable? The poor girl gets quite a surprise and DASHES across her cold, traditional wooden floors!
Who touches the other with their freezing cold feet at night:This is actually Dia! Maru teases her about it in the morning, but she actually doesn’t mind helping Dia warm up~
Who makes the hot cider to snuggle under a blanket and drink:Hanamaru!
Who loves carving pumpkins and buys about 300:Dia! (We see you in your UR, Dia. You love pumpkins.)
Who is terrible at carving pumpkins:Hanamaru tries her best, but she usually ends up shaking when she tries to focus on carving!
Who thinks pulling the pumpkin guts out with their hands is icky:This is definitely Dia’s least favorite part of carving pumpkins! Hanamaru doesn’t mind it, though, so she’ll clean out the guts and roast the pumpkin seeds while Dia decorates.
What is their favourite Fall activity:They love to curl up in front of the fireplace together and watch classic Halloween movies! They like to share a blanket so they can cuddle and be close together
Who gets scared when they watch Horror movies:Dia >:3c
Who hands out candy to trick-or-treaters:Dia does! She’s totally dressed up, though
Who accidentally scares the kids:Dia can get pretty scary if she sees a child taking too many pieces of candy from the bucket!
Who suggested the couples costume:Maru suggested it, but mainly because she thought Dia had seemed interested in the idea. Her shy girlfriend would never openly admit to wanting to do it, though! “I don’t mind, Hanamaru, if that’s what you want to do,” she said as nonchalantly as she could while scratching her chin.
What is their couples costume:Eli and Rin pirate set costumes! Dia is so inspired by just about anything Eli does, and she knows how much Hanamaru looks up to Rin! They tell laymen they’re just pirates, but they of course tell aqours the truth. (Ruby figures it out, anyway.)
What is the best Halloween they ever had:One of their best Halloweens was actually a year when it was pouring rain! They couldn’t go trick-or-treating, but they dressed up and read scary stories to each other in the candlelight while the lightning flashed and thunder boomed all around them, adding to the effect. It was unexpectedly great!
What is the worst Halloween they ever had:The year the pumpkins unexpectedly started to rot early… Dia was so disappointed! Plus, they smelled AWFUL.
Who eats too much candy and ends up sick the next day:Definitely Hanamaru. Even Hanamaru has her limits when it comes to snacking on sweets…
