Pc 98 character jumpscare, anyways here is the bad apple girl herself Elly. Anyways I decided to do a different style of rendering and I think it turned out really well. Hope ya enjoy

When I was finishing the drawing I realized that I didn't need to draw Elly because I already made pixel art of her (I'm trying to have at least 1 drawing of every Touhou mainline character). Well, it doesn't hurt anybody to have more!
