Desmond if sent back to his ancestors time deserves to fuck with Rebecca, Shaun, and Bill in the modern age.

He just leaves little messages where he knows they’ll last. Calls them out by full name in some code he knows Shaun was into. Engraving some ruins with little notes.

He has multiple notebooks where he’ll write in American English and hide them somewhere so they last. Maybe he takes a page out of Altaïrs book and choose some memories he wants to leave them.

Could you imagine finding ancient texts and artifacts with your name on them? References to you? All written by this one guy who you only later find out is your friend who’s laying down on the other side of the room?

Could you imagine seeing this strange fellow leaving little notes everywhere but every time you ask he just smiles. “It’s for a friend.”, “Just leaving a surprise.” Or something equally vague are the only answers he gives. He mentions things that don’t exist and is weirdly knowledgeable about politics, fruits, and poisons but gets confused about common things. (Because they’re not used in the future)

thought about desmond too long again FUCK. he never gets the full picture. everyone wants something from him, but never wants him. he gives and he gives and its breaking him and its killing him but he cant stop, the stakes are too high. he cant ever trust anyone fully because everyone has an agenda. he has allies but never friends. he knows hes going to die because his path was written before his lineage was even created. he dies alone, and no one has the decency to let him rest. hes haunting the narrative he died to save.

Android Desmond AU

I saw this piece of art and immediately thought up an android the moment I read 'reboot'

Worker bots were a drain on resource since they had to be compatible with their tech. The manufacturing took too long and were easily replaced by humans once they were genetically modified to their preference/prime function. They tried using them as guards but required too much focus. It became more dangerous the more androids were utilized as the users naturally body functions would fluctuate or even stop. The fine tuning of neanderthals fixed this and the androids would eventually become obsolete.

There are a few ways the assassin's can find one of the final intact units post ac3. It could have been a final mercy left by Minerva through a series of puzzles. It could have been in some shady guy's private collection that gets liberated. But once they get their hands on it, Rebecca tinkers with it, William or Elijah are involved because their genetics function as the key alongside the Apple for William/Koh-i-Noor for Elijah. This would also upgrade droid Desmond since his mind is inside rather than 1 person in their own body trying to control multiple droids and themselves.

I am not sure when exactly in the timeline this would take place, but a time skip happens so when Desmond is online, the memories of being the Reader remain. It would be too sad to have him remain amnesic (unless that is your fave kind of angst) so when his family 'activates' him his memories come back.

I should probably play the rest of the games before trying to write this since I left off at Unity, but I will leave this au here for now. Also, I can't believe Desmond lives not because of time travel or dimension hopping but because of a time skip 😂

Captain Edward Kenway. I loved doing this one, I managed to make some of my own brushes in procreate and use them here and I love the result!With the reveal of the Assassins Creed 4 remaster, I’ve been replaying the original game. Dang dude, i forgot how much this game rocked. Edward is one of my favorite assassins next to Ezio. Had to do a portrait for him. Might do Ezio sometime soon tbh
