Its job is to translate the signal from a conductivity probe into an analog signal (4 to 20 mA) for a PLC, controller or recorder to display or print results. The Model CT-1000PT miniature transmitter is a 2-wire, 4-20 mA (1-5VDC) conductivity transmitter featuring epoxy encapsulated construction, high performance, RoHs compliance and small physical size. Intended for use with a 4-wire conductivity probe with temperature compensation.

This transmitter converts the Conductivity cell signal to a usable 4mA to 20mA current (1-5 VDC using a load resistor) signal proportional to the conductivity level. Any DC power supply from 12 to 36V may be used. The Model CT-1000 miniature transmitter is a 2-wire, conductivity transmitter featuring epoxy encapsulated construction, high performance, RoHs compliance and small physical size, perfect for OEM applications. Intended for use with a 2 or 3 wire conductivity probe with or without temperature compensation. It enables continuous automatic blow-down control in a boiler, which minimizes corrosion and scaling to a greater extent than with manual measurement and control.

Sensorex boiler conductivity sensors use 3/4" male NPT threads. Both the body and the measuring pin are constructed of 316 stainless steel. They feature a special thermally resistant PEEK insert and high temperature "O" rings. Two models are available and each model may be ordered with or without ATC elements depending upon your application requirements.

The CS675HT and CS675HTTC feature a 1" insertion depth beyond the 3/4" MNPT threads. The models CS676HT and CS675HTTC provide 3" insertion depth past the 3/4" MNPT threads. All boiler probes are supplied with 6" PTFE coated leads for Junction Box connection and extension. Cell K value of 1.0 is standard. Longer cable lengths can be supplied at additional cost.

Any substance in contact with the diamond surface is interrogated by IR energy and a spectrum is acquired that is a characteristic pattern of the substance. The Model EMIT-pH (encapsulated miniature isolated transmitter) is a 2-wire, 4-20 mA pH transmitter featuring input to output isolation, high performance and small size. The transmitter accepts as its input any pH probe via a BNC coaxial connector.

It transforms the probe signal to a 4 to 20mA current proportional to the pH level. This output may be transmitted over two wires to a control location, the same 2 wires provide power to the transmitter. Any D.C. power supply from 12 to 36V may be used.
