“Seems like I picked a hell of a weekend to take a trip out of town.”
calummyerss:
“Would I?” Calum just smiled looking over at Patrick, as he winked at him. Calum just raised his eyebrows, thinking of how he can be seductive. “I guess I can try sometime in the future. Maybe I will test some moves on you,” Calum joked a little, having a good laugh. Calum couldn’t help but get lost in the view. It was spectacular. The lights in contrast with the dark sky. He just closed his eyes and took a deep breath, a smile forming on his face. Calum heard Patrick’s voice and turned around, looking at him right in his eyes. “Yea, it is. I wish I had this view. My view is just of a dirty alleyway with a community of homeless people,” Calum let out a small chuckle. “This is an ant farm I would love to have.” Calum just looked back around, “Isn’t it funny? There are 8 million people in this city. Not to mention the countless people that wish they could be in our shoes, living in the best city in the world.” Calum just put his hand to the window, attempting to touch the city, “Here we are. Kind of makes you thankful.”
“Definitely,” he purred. “I’m looking forward to seeing it, darling.” When Patrick realized Calum was uninterested in the water he was holding he placed the glasses down on a table not too far away from the male, before returning to his side. “Well.. there’s a beauty in that too.. somehow,” he said, trying to hide the laugh in his voice. His eyes stayed on Calum the entire time as the boy gazed out at the city below. It was hard for him to deny how gorgeous Calum was, especially since they were now alone, with no other interruptions. “Yeah,” he agreed with a deep sigh. “I know what advantages I was born into, and I try my hardest not to let it go to my head,” he paused, “You truly are far wiser then your age, darling. It’s quite beautiful.”
Stephanie walked into the club and walked over to the bar where she was gonna be working. “Is this to much for my frist night?” she asked the person infront of her.
“I don’t think it is, darling,” Patrick said with a warm smile, nursing the drink in his hand as he sat across the bar.
paularose:
“Well, you see.. I’m just so shy when it comes to these things.” She lied, teasing.
“And what things would that be, darling?” Patrick purred, giving in to what the girl was feeding him. “It’s alright, you can trust me.”
calummyerss:
“I actually played two sports. I was more into hockey and loved the ice, but I was also in soccer. I also dabbled in some lacrosse and baseball, but that was for fun. Nothing really serious.” Calum just shrugged his shoulders. Calum nodded his head with what Patrick said, “Well, playing the piano is very useful. I remember hearing something that it improves cognitive functions or something,” Calum just smiled, “Maybe something with hand-eye coordination.” Calum just looked at him, teasing him, “Puppy dog eyes? Really? You are just buttering me up with these compliments. I would be a pretty bad spy if I was one though. I can’t lie that well. Plus, I am not really the seductive type,”. Calum was shocked by the elegance of Patrick’s apartment, “This is amazing. I love your style. Very proper and opulent.” Calum continued to explore. “If it’s okay, I’ll just have a water.” Calum went further down the halls, exploring the walls and open doors. Calum was very curious. He walked into a bedroom with a big window looking out into the city. Calum loved the view of all the flickering lights of the city.
“No, I’m just being honest,” he said with a smile, shaking his head slightly. “If I was trying to butter you up, you’d know it.” He added a wink for emphasis. “Oh, I doubt that. I bet you can be very seductive when you want to be.” Falling silent as Calum left to explore his apartment, Patrick grabbed the water Calum asked for as well as a beer for himself before he went off to find the male. Finding him in the spare bedroom, Patrick approached the redhead from behind, his smile unable to wash away. One of the best things about his apartment was the tall windows that covered at least one wall in ever one of his rooms, allowing him to look down at the city that he loved so much. “It’s beautiful, isn’t it?” He finally said behind the male, though his eyes weren’t focused on the bright city lights. “In the day, when everyone’s out and about it looks like everyone is a part of my own personal ant farm.”
alessia-solono:
“It only took a few years, but I decided to join in on the fun, especially since you’d be surprised how hard it is to find a submissive man outside of this place.” she said rolling her eyes. As he pulled up a chair she sat down with him. It had been years and she had missed him. “Ah, more time to relax and let off steam.” she teased with a wink. “Daddy said you’ve been doing very well lately, and if you keep it up you might become one of the best in the city.”
“It’s not that surprising,” Patrick said with a small laugh, shrugging. “A lot of men and woman out there aren’t aware of their sexual preferences or that there’s even something other then basic missionary out there. We’re the lucky ones.” It was hard for Patrick not to give a once over of Alessia, unable to forget about their short, but heated past. “Of course. It’s all about relaxation around here,” he said with a laugh, lifting the drink to his lips. “Did he? That’s quite the compliment, wow. I don’t know if I’d say I’m that good..”
paularose:
“As a matter of fact, I am.” Paula smiled and flicked her hair over her shoulder. “There’s only one problem..”
“And that is..?” Patrick questioned with a curious smile.
calummyerss:
Calum just would look at Patrick sometimes. He just admired the mysteriousness he exuded and wanted to know more about him. “It is one of my favorite instruments. I love the flute and violin as well. But my family wasn’t really into me learning art or music. My dad only let me play sports,” Calum just shook his head a little, “I mean I loved it, but I wish I did more,” Calum just laughed at what Patrick said, “I don’t know. The scariness is totally hot and all, and could help you in the court room, but I don’t see how music would affect you.” Calum just looked at Patrick, wondering what he meant, “Wait, you are telling me you told me actual things you haven’t told others. What if I was a guy coming to spy on your law office? But trust me, I won’t tell anyone,” Calum smiled back at the man. “I would definitely love to go to a game. I love hockey. The guys are actually pretty attractive.” Calum just blushed a little. As Patrick welcomed him, Calum took it all in. His apartment was amazing, “Oh my god, Patrick. Your apartment. It is so nice! This is like…” Calum couldn’t think of the word to say, “I don’t even know.”
“What do you play?” Patrick asked, not wanting to dismiss the fact that Calum was probably very good at whatever sport he played. He had the body for it, Patrick could tell through the thin fabric of the male’s t-shirt, not that he ha been looking very hard. “I was only ever good at the piano. Mother tried other things, but that was the one that stuck.” Another soft laugh escaped when Calum called him hot. “Oh, you like that?” he teased, turning his head to look at the boy as they walked. “Yes, darling, I believe I have. Something about you is so.. welcoming. It’s hard not to give in when you ask with such beautiful puppy dog eyes.” Another laugh. “Well then I’m fucked, aren’t I? Send in a gorgeous guy to take interest in me and I start spilling all my secrets - damn, I really need to work on that.” Patrick was not disappointed when the elevator doors and Calum’s face lit up. Stepping inside his apartment he just smiled as he shrugged off his coat and laid it on a chair near the entrance, leaving him in a tight white dress shirt. “Yeah, it’s pretty nice,” he said casually, undoing the top few buttons of his shirt. “The bathroom is down the hall on your right, and the kitchen’s just ahead. Would you like a drink?”
paularose:
“Could be, I mean, these dresses aren’t the most forgiving when it comes to humid nights.” Paula laughed, covering her mouth as she did to avoid her own vodka-breath. “Either way, I still have yet to find someone who’ll pay me to take this satin-skin off.”
Patrick’s grin turned into a smirk at the young girl’s words. “And are you looking for someone to do that, darling? Because if you are, I’m sure something could be arranged.”
paularose:
“This is my fourth vodka lemonade.” Paula laughed. “Most days I can’t get through my first before someone starts undoing my bra in the bathrooms.” She took another sip of her drink, mentally making a note to stop drinking after this glass.
A small laugh bubbled out of the older man’s lips as he went to take a drink of the beer in his hand. “Must be a slow night then?” Patrick mused, the laugh still on his lips as he looked over the girl. “Or maybe you’re just drinking those awfully fast. It’s probably the heat.”
calummyerss:
Calum’s eyes lit up. He always wanted to learn how to play an instrument and always was intrigued with the piano, “I love the piano! I wish I knew how to play it. My mother tried to get me to go to lessons but of course I didn’t want to go,” Calum rolled his eyes at himself. He heard Patrick saying not to let anyone know, and he was confused, “Of course I wouldn’t tell anyone, but why not? I mean that is really impressive.” Calum walked in and just looked around, taking it all in. He just looked at Patrick as he responded, “Season tickets? I am totally jealous.” Calum saw Patrick hit 24, and he just looked at him, “Seems like a pretty nice place,”
Patrick wasn’t sure he was ever going to get used to the way the male’s eyes seemed to express every thought that he felt the moment it found it’s way inside his head. “It’s a beautiful instrument. My mother forced me to go to lessons too as a child, and unfortunately with her there was never any chance I was able to say no. But I thank her so much for that now, since I wouldn’t be the same without it,” he said thoughtfully as he remembered his mother. “Because of my reputation, remember? High powered lawyer. I need to seem scary in court,” he joked, making a face a the redhead. “I can’t have people finding out about most of the things I’ve shared with you tonight, so they’ll be our secret okay?” As the elevator went up Patrick just smiled, already anticipating the reaction he was going to get from the boy. “Yep. When the season starts back up again, you’re more then welcome to go to any games I can’t attend. Half the time I’m away or working and it’s always a shame to let them go to waist.” At the 24th floor the elevator doors opened, revealing Patrick’s apartment right away. “Here we are, darling. Make yourself at home,” he said with a smile, stepping out into the open lobby.
alessia-solono:
Alessia recognized the voice right away and grinned as she leaned back against him. “And where would all the fun be in that.” she said before turning around, a grin on her face as their eyes met. “Well a little birdie told me about this place, and it seemed just the place to take my sabbatical. So I’m good, enjoying vacation, and how about you, work keeping you on your toes?”
Alessia was gorgeous as always as she turned around and faced him under the lights of the club. “Ah, so you finally decided to listen to me, huh? And? How are you liking it so far?” Patrick pulled up a chair next to the woman, ordering them both a glass of wine. “Work is work. I’m in between trials right now so it’s a bit of a break for me, gives me more time to spend here which is nice.”
paularose:
“I promise, I don’t usually sit alone at a bar in dresses like this on a Wednesday night.” Paula laughed, keeping a protective grip on her drink. “I save that for Sundays, typically after my daily church hymn over the phone from my psycho grandma.”
“No one’s judging, darling,” Patrick said with a small smile, as he turned his attention to the voice beside him. “This place isn’t like any regular bar, so I think it’s more then okay if you’re alone for a little while. Since chances are you wont be for long.”
calummyerss:
“That you are,” Calum continued smiling. Calum loved how both of them could just go back and forth with each other. The air around them was playful and flirty, but Calum was not complaining. Calum kept walking along with Patrick, following him since he did not have any idea where he was going. Before he knew it, Patrick took out his keys and twirled them. Calum looked up at the apartment building and it was really nice. “Isn’t everyone passionate their career though? I want something deeper,” Calum gazed into Patrick’s eyes, joking with him “Seriously though, that is really nice that you are passionate about it. I am so scared I will fall into a profession that I will hate. I would love to help people in some way, but the money sadly isn’t there for a majority of my career paths,” Calum just shook his head. The future frightened him. “Sports is always fun. Are you a Rangers fan?”
“Well there is something,” Patrick started, eyes lifting to meet Calum’s in the light of the building. “I’m pretty damn good at the piano, and I love to play music whenever I can. Which is pretty rare now due to how much I’ve been working. But, not a lot of people know that about me, so let’s just keep that between us, okay?” Using the fob on the back of his keys Patrick opened the door, making sure the hold the door for the younger male. Walking towards the elevator he hit the number ‘24′ on the 26 floor building. “Definitely. I’ve had season tickets since I was old enough to buy them myself.”
calummyerss:
Calum just raised his eyebrows, joking, “Whatever you say,” Calum blushed heavily and felt his spine shudder, almost making him trip. His rough voice made his heart beat a little louder, but he didn’t want Patrick to think Calum was fazed. Calum just said back to him, “Why must I be careful? Let’s live on the wild side.” Calum laughed a little. Calum just looked around and saw a part of the city he never saw before. Calum lived on the opposite side of where Patrick was taking him. Calum couldn’t complain though. He loved adventure and new experiences. Calum smiled a little, when Patrick said those nice things. He looked over at him meeting his eyes, “Really? You are a very sweet and kind person, Patrick. What are you passionate about? I would love to see your handsome face light up,”
His smile didn’t faultier even as Calum tried to compose himself. “Because, darling, I’m trying to be a gentlemen here,” leaning in as he spoke Patrick eyed the younger male. He truly wasn’t sure where this was going, but he was happy nonetheless that Calum had wanted to spend more time with him. “Nah,” he said, shaking his head. “I’m just being honest. I don’t think there’s enough of that anymore.” As they approached Patrick’s building he pulled out his keys from his jacket pocket, twirling them around his index finger as he thought about Calum’s question. “I think I’m passionate about my work. I love what I do. I also think I’m passionate about helping others. But that sort of ties into my job,” he said shrugging. “And then there’s sports, of course.”
