latest comic idea i came up with while talking to @missiletoe: ratatouille but instead of a rat who can cook it is a frog who writes the most amazing yaoi. it is titled "frogjoshi." everyone says, "how can a frog write yaoi? what does a frog know about gay love?" and yet, she writes the most beautiful BL stories of all time. a world-renowned yaoi critic reads her novel, and is moved to tears having been reminded of the first yaoi she ever read, long ago, before she even knew what yaoi was. she demands to meet the author. they bring out the frog. roll credits

Summary:

After weeks of conflicting schedules, Ken and Momo were finally going to get a night of intimacy all to themselves.

That was what was supposed to happen, anyway. Instead, they got roped into an alien fight that left Ken temporarily transformed and monstrous-looking. Now the mood was completely ruined.

…Or maybe not.

Written for the momokarun discord 2025 reverse big bang.

Ken could feel his bones shift and creak, separating and lengthening, drifting apart like ice floes. He watched as his hands and fingers grew and thickened into clumsy, meaty paws; as his vertebrae pressed against his skin as if to escape it; as his nose broke and reformed into something a bit too long. He could hear it happening too, he realized. Cracks and creaks that weren’t just in his imagination. Accompanied by jabbing pain, like someone was sticking a poker between the ice floes to break them up even further. The pinpricks inside him stabbed harder, battering and stretching his skin like softened leather beat into a new shape.

I CAN FINALLY POST IT! Here is my piece to go with @patster223's fic for the reverse bang event on the Momokarun server! I loved it so much that I ended up making two extra illustrations to go with it, which you can see in the fic itself! :3
