“The Golden Snitch” by Jaya Prime - Notes: My friend and fellow planetary fractalist @syn.aes.thesia asked about the shadows and highlights in these planets. This one here is the only one where I worked out the weights to render the planet at the same time as the background, as I wanted to extend the “glassy” area to the wings. With all five other planets, they’re double-renders: once for the planet, the second for the background. I merged them in the same version of Photoshop CS2 that I’ve been using since ‘03, adding drop shadows and using Richard Rosenman’s 3D Sphere plug in for even more effects. - Genus: #fractalplanet #fractalfeathers #bubblefractal #bipolarfractal Apps: #chaotica Mbr Hubs: #surreal42 #lightedlight #tinyplanetbuff Elements: #beautiful #fractal #art #illustration #fractalart #harrypotter #thegoldensnitch #diagonalley #goldensnitch #harrypotterart #quidditch #iloveharrypotter #slytherin #harrypotterfans #potterhead #jkrowling #teamslytherin ATX: #atx #austinartist #keepaustinweird Signature: #jayaprime - Join me on Patreon: https://ift.tt/2pd1J6I

Mmmm... disappeared for a while there. I have been dedicating my time to figuring out how to make spheres to help Shallan out, but people do not seem to have much need for me or anything I do.
Recursion (π/3, -π/6). Code → Ink on Paper.

And that is it for Round 2! As a reminder, since we’ve gotten a new player, everyone’s secret bonus modifier will be recalculated for the upcoming round. It’s still anyone’s game and we all hope to see some more spectacular throws for Round 3!
Mmmm, more data! Here are some more of the things I have found out about this game.
Throwing a sphere so that it moves another person’s sphere is good. Mmmm, especially when the sphere moved is Sadass’s. Sadeas’s? Hmmm.
Sometimes spheres not normally in the game can be thrown? They seem to have, mmmm, strange values. Especially if they are actually prisons for fleshy mimics.
Magic is not allowed in the game.
Lies are allowed in this game! I knew I would enjoy it, especially since the lies in this game are very delicious!
Some group of Greater Spren called the Tarachin Gods seem to truly be in charge of this game? Mmmm…. I see glimpses of them sometimes, swimming in the sea of spheres…
Thank you, sir and/or ma’am.
Sir…. Ma’am… mmmm…. both? Neither? I have not thought too much about this. I will have to investigate!
Is there a form of address you prefer in the meanwhile?
Mmmmmmmm... they? They is good. I think it might change over time! Yesterday a he, today a they, tomorrow... who knows?

Look, between buying supplies for my artwork, and using up Stormlight for Lightweaving, and trying to find a nice gift for Adolin I’m not going to have spheres left at the end of this month.
Mmmm, that isn’t good! I know you like spheres, humans seem to place great importance in them. I will try to find some spheres!
do not steal.
Taking things without an exchange is... mmmm. Wrong. I will not do that. I will find something to exchange for spheres!
mmmmmm This internet in an interesting thing. So many lines connecting everything. So many lies! I am enjoying myself.
I’m glad you’re enjoying yourself Pattern! Please be careful about the lies though, I do not have enough spheres to cover any scams you land yourself in.
I will be careful! I am getting better at distinguishing between harmless and harmful lies. I am pretty sure my computer has no viruses, since it is not an organic being. Mmmm, what a strange lie that was.

We are off to a wonderful start! It’s still anyone’s game, so keep throwing those spheres!
Mmmm, these rules seem inscrutable, I will do my best though!
The spheres thrown are less important than how you throw them? Mmmm, I am not sure of this, but there seems to be a pattern there.
There are areas that the spheres must go in, but it seems there are no patterns? The one thing I do not like about this game.
The doubling sphere is simple, it doubles things.
The reversal sphere... reverses numbers? A delicious lie, mmmm. A number is a number. I think I enjoy that sphere the most.
*vaarsuvius voice* an inquiry that, in my time away from the elven homeland, i have often received is, “what should i call you? he? or she?” i have yet to deviate from my standard answer: “how dare you speak to me.”
Instead of calling him Sadeas lets call him Sad-ass.
Mmmm... sarcasm? But there is a lot of truth to this. I like this! Sad-ass!

255 points. Lovely start, though we are curious how you managed to throw the sphere in the first place, since you appear to be handless and two-dimensional in nature.
Points? Mmmm. I have been observing these points, but cannot seem to find a pattern. I do not understand this game yet, but I will!
We aren’t sure how many points this would be worth but they are rather remarkable, no?
Mmmm, these spheres have a pattern, but no light. Were they used for something?
