Can I just remind you all that there is a canonical moment at the beginning of Am I Orginal where Patton forgets his pants and has to go get them. So Janus and Remus were canonically playing DDR during Am I Original.

Patton has a few times now associated his character with video games. First his gamer themed breakdown, then the DDR game being his. And it’s even funnier because he’s also bad with technology.

Patton with a gaming hobby is underrated. He’s actually into it, unlike fandom assigned hobbies like baking, where he had like one joke about two cookies. He was so excited about the idea of the new frogger game and even enjoys other ones in his free time! He’s the kind of gamer who does not know shit about computer specs but damn it he would enjoy playing them.
