Okay... NOW it feels like I officially live in Colorado!! So happy with my first day skiing out west at @arapahoe_basin! The drive was beautiful, the mountain is sick, the food was good, and I even met a local that showed me a few lines! Today I had an overwhelming sense of happiness as I cleared my head and thought about the last few years of my life. Stress and anxiety can weigh heavy on your head and heart, but if you allow those thoughts to slowly fade away every once in a while, you can see the true beauty in life a lot more clearly. I know I don’t say this enough (or express it at all) but I am so incredibly blessed and thankful for every single person, band, company, brand, whatever you are, for all of the amazing opportunities that I have been given. It is absolutely insane to me that anyone would take a chance on silly ol’ me. From driving gigs, to merch stuff, to tech things, to having a skier work in a snowboard shop 😉, all the way to letting a new guy like me work in a shop I’ve been a customer of for years. The trust and patience I’ve received over the years are things I never thought I’d get or deserved for that matter. I guess what I’m trying to say is... thank you.
