Zain dipped Nari into a passionate kiss, twirling her around the room before they sank to their knees and placed a kiss on her abdomen as well. 

Zain: I'm going to do my best for you. For both of you. I want to give you everything. 

Tears streamed down Nari's cheeks as the reality of the situation settled on her. After all this time, she was finally fulfilling her wish - they were having a baby!

Nari squealed as she wrapped her arms around Zain and pulled them close. 

Nari: I'm pregnant! We're pregnant! Oh my Watcher!

Zain: We're going to have a baby…

Nari grabbed the pregnancy test as Zain put a supportive arm around her and positioned it so they could see as well. 

Zain: What did the box say?

Nari: The usual, two lines for pregnant, one line for-

Zain: Oh...my...Watcher!

When Zain arrived home from work, they were surprised to find Nari waiting by the door to greet them. 

Nari: *nervous chuckle* I've been watching out the window for your bike for what feels like forever. 

Zain: What's wrong? Are you feeling okay?

Nari: I, um, took a pregnancy test just a little bit ago.

Zain: And? 

Nari: And I've been waiting for you! That's why I ambushed you, I want to finally see the results!

Poor Nari had been feeling off ever since the appointment with their doctor. Could it be one of her many conditions or is she actually pregnant? She felt like it was too soon to tell anything, so for the moment, she just focused on getting some rest - with Noodle napping by her side 🥰

Zain and Nari barely noticed the stormy weather around them as they made their way inside the doctor's office. For the small price of 2,500 simoleons (and they are loaded, so it is kinda a small price), they might be coming home pregnant! 💖

Coming home from work, Zain found Nari locked onto whatever was on her computer screen.

Zain: Hello, my love. What are you up to?

Nari: Research. I found a clinic in town that we could visit to have a science baby!

Zain: I've got a day off tomorrow, want to go check it out and see what they say?

Nari: Really?

Zain: I'm down if you are.

Nari: Then, yeah! Let's do it!

Tired of idling about like some aimless lollygagger, Rock decided to start a band. The only two candidates were Lily and this professional pianist named Camille, who - for reasons entirely beyond me - agreed to waste time on this.

Cobalt: Roderick, does your band not have a drummer? Rock: A who-mmer? Cobalt: Someone to play the drums? Rock: ?? Cobalt: Keep the beat? Set the tempo? Hit the skins? Handle the percussion? Rock: Cob, is that another one of your futuristic martian contraptions? We don't have it in this world.

Rock: Besides, we've got a triangle! Isn't it acute?

Zain sat for a moment, clearly thinking through what Nari laid out for them. She patiently waited for them, running her fingers through the hairs at the back of their neck. 

Zain: Well, Kim’s Crafts is doing great - as always - and we can always depend on Freya to hold down the fort if we need her. Gigs at work are stable and we have enough money in the bank to not have to worry about anything. I’m sure Noodle and Pebble would love someone new to play with…

Nari: *cautiously* What are you saying?

Zain: I’m saying I think it’s time for us to have a baby.

Nari: Oh my Watcher!

She couldn't hold herself back from launching forward and kissing Zain. They were going to have a baby!!!

Just several friendly reminders to my fellow simmers and any other Tumblr content creator:

The fact that you might not have your queue filled does not make you any less of a creator, not to mention a person.

The fact that you only have one/two/several/not as many as you'd like posts planned/queued does not make you and your content less fun and nice to share the platform with.

If you have time, ideas, and willingness to plan posts with content in advance - that's awesome, and it will certainly make you and your followers beam with joy, but everyone is just a human, and it is more than okay if you don't have time/ideas/possibility/desire to queue, or even simply post, no matter how long it takes.

You (and certainly your life, but still it’s yours!) decide on your posting frequency/basis.

Even if you are "inconsistent", or absent for any reason, there are always people who will stay and wait for you and your awesome content.

Even if someone departs for whatever reason, there will be new people around for you to create for and share all the joy and satisfaction with.

But most importantly, when you're back, be the person who you want to create for and share that joy and satisfaction with the most.

I love you guys. You are doing great, even if you're actually…not doing anything here, like, literally. You belong here, your presence matters, and your absence, no matter the reason and length, does not contradict it, even if it may sound like a paradox. It is not one, trust me.
