It’s been a while since we’ve posted anything to our blog. Mostly it’s because we had a little fire back in February and we’ve been busy reconstruction and reopening. Our grand reopening happened the second week in July and all of us were overwhelmed with the outpour of support. Our customers are the greatest! Now that we’re back in the swing of things, it’s time to give an inside scoop into our Brewery and Kitchen. First, we return with many familiar faces as well as some new talent. Chef Eric Sarkisian is still at the helm behind the doors of the kitchen and is about to put out a new fall menu in October. Our brewery is filled with fresh energy from Jonathon Rielly, formally of Prohibition in Vista, with his award winning beers.
We’ve got a stellar management team keeping our team motivated. Johnny Leal is kicking ass and taking names. Jason Lively is back and has had a lot of fun curating a larger beer menu that really shows his knowledge and passion for craft beer. Our new managers, Brent Noll and Robyn McIntyre bring impressive resumes and will be featured later on this blog.
If you haven’t checked us out yet, you should. We’re really pretty. Like super pretty. From all of us at PB AleHouse, we thank you and hope to see you soon!
xoxo PBAH
