i don’t know how to feel if they waive Li, i know she can be iffy on defense at times but we really need the size

i’m not sure if the organization wants to let her go more so i think she and her representatives want a situation where she’s getting more minutes (similar to her wanting out of Seattle)

unfortunately think they have an unrealistic expectation of her role in the league

I’ve been seeing a lot of ppl saying teams are leaving Arike open on purpose. What do you think?? I only caught a few minutes of the game last night bc I was out with my sister so I didn’t see how they were playing on the court fr😭.

I know a lot of ppl are saying she had an off shooting night. It’s just interesting to me to see ppl saying teams are purposely not guarding her bc she hasn’t been a scoring threat. I’m not sure if I agree lol. Ik you have. Good ball knowledge. Do you think that was Seattle’s game plan?

i don’t think teams are purposefully leaving her open honestly. it’s more so of a pick your poison kind of situation.

teams are 100% never going to leave paige or azzi and recently with how jess has been playing they were clogging the paint on her a little more yesterday so with the gravity of the three of them on rotations there’s bound for someone to be left open and it just happens to be arike

we even saw it with maddy a few times yesterday too

i don’t really need to explain the luxury of that when starting on the 9th they’re about to play like every other day until the end of the month
