May is Mental Health month and this is a topic that really touches me personally. Not only have I lost a parent due to mental illness but it’s also effected my life in a way that has caused some of my own struggles. What I’ve learned most while educating myself on this topic is that it’s super important not to be ashamed of how you’re feeling and to be open about talking about these things with loved ones. My goal this month, and in the future is not only to focus on taking my own advice, but trying to encourage others around me to do the same in hopes that everyone starts feeling better about things. I hope you all will join me.

It’s great that you’re taking initiative and opening up the conversation about mental health. So many people struggle with it and don’t know who to turn to. I feel like mental illness is still viewed as a stigma like it’s a bad thing and it doesn’t need to be.

I went on a blind date and it was the worst date ever! That girl couldn’t stop talking about her ex and only kept talking about herself and didn’t let me talk aswell. she just kept talking the whole time and that wasn’t the only thing. I hope i’ll get a fun date someday

I just watched probably.. I don’t know, a dozen videos from this Youtube series called Buzzfeed Unsolved. I can handle horror, but some of this stuff is just wack. The fact that it’s all true stories and nobody knows what happened or who did it? BYE. Not to mention the supernatural side of the series.. I can’t even sleep without thinking there’s a ghost in my closet right now. 

What do you think is the creepiest unsolved mystery? Do you believe in ghosts? Aliens? My mind needs to be put at ease, and yet I just want to know everything. I’m Ariana, and clearly I believe in every bit of this shit.

The fact that something is based on a true story always makes me more paranoid than usual. I do believe there are ghosts never met one don’t plan to, and hoping to keep it that way.
