and it’s really just wild because the reason why saying “trans women have no say in abortion” is bad is like really glaringly obvious. like we know that having a vagina is considered the most crucial and important component in being considered a woman in our society on the large scale. so the fact that y'all are going out of your way to tell trans women, transitioned or not, that we are some sort of second class woman is transmisogynistic. and the issue isn’t “well they can’t get pregnant” because that same violent rhetoric is not applied to cis women who can’t get pregnant for whichever variety of reasons. no one ever says that those cis women don’t have a voice in this issue even tho they can not get pregnant. because they were born with a vagina they are seen as a legitimate woman as opposed to the lesser than status applied to trans women across the board. it’s specifically aimed at trans women to further “other” us and try to legitimatize this transphobia because of our genitalia. and let’s be real. ain’t no trans woman out here being pro life anyways so what are y'all talkin about
